Once again been and bought something I didn't realise was past date but on shelf , no reduction etc not the first time tbh be vigilant people of dates as obviously not checked

Not a place to go if you're in a rush.

It's a local Tesco, staffed by local people. They will chat to their friends at length about dogs, holidays, kids etc. Leaving you stood there waiting for several minutes whilst they do.

Once or twice, I could forgive, but it's EVERY TIME.. they could half the checkout staff if the remaining half moved faster than an out of breath Sloth.

I would like to thank the kind older gentleman that offered his place in the que this morning at 7:45am, after finishing a long night shift, he was a proper gentleman, I declined his offer to move to his spot, as I'm only a carer, I'm nothing special just doing my job looking after patients in the community. But what a lovely gentleman to talk to whilst waiting in line. Happy Easter sir, stay safe and look after yourself. Xx

Excellent local store with extensive choice of food stuffs. Limited electrical and entertainment options but this is not a superstore and has its priorities right. Good value especially with a club card.

Found what I needed and was able to pay quickly and leave. plenty of tills open and gangways clear. Lovely helpful staff but due to closing the deli and meat counter I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
