Great taxi firm, very reliable. My husband left his phone in the taxi and it was handed to reception by the driver. When we called to see if they had it, the manager was really friendly and helpful. He took his time to locate the taxi and driver who had picked up my husband, he called them and located the phone. It was handed back once the PIN number was entered.

I was so grateful they did this! Will definitely use in the future, a taxi firm you can trust and rely on!

Efficient and friendly service! Picked up on a Friday night and were very reasonably priced, didn't keep us hanging on hold like so many other taxi companies do!

Excellent fast service with great online app to allow you to immediately see where your taxi is, who your driver is and what car they are driving for a safe taxi experience.

Drivers occasionally spend the entire journey on their phones, so depending on whether you’re bothered about the personal touch or not that can be seen as a positive or a negative.

After posting a review saying they don’t take card, I have to retract after they replied saying that you can use the app. I downloaded the app, which wasn’t the most painful experience and sure enough you can pay by card. Payment failed to go through this week, but the driver was carrying a card machine which I was very happy about. Upped my review to 4 stars for this.

I visit my daughter and Grandson ever 2 weeks from Leeds and order a taxi from the he train station to her house going back the return journey, they have never been late, a remarkable company, very professional and 100% reliable, friendly drivers and helpful control staff. I would 100% recommend this company to any one requiring a Taxi. Best company have used and being ex forces have used taxi companies all over England.

Booked online, a bit dubious (never done before) & it was 3 minutes late (coach to catch) so, I rang up, msg advised my car was a few minutes away! Lovely driver, helpful & polite, a good experience & definitely book again with ACE. Thank you!

I was meant to say this a little while back, but taxi driver number 39 is an amazing guy. he talked to me in a very friendly tone and was very polite. highly recommend using this taxi service, they are always on time and get to your destination quickly.
