Worst experience at a hospital since my past 8 years living in UAE. Had to wait for two weeks for my MRI insurance approval after many follow ups. The staff tends to forget to call patients if their insurance approvals come through. After the MRI report got delivered to doctor, tried to get in touch with the doctor but to no avail. The call Center for the hospital keeps on taking feedback and raising complaints and assures you that someone will call back but no one ever does. Avoid this hospital at all costs!

I am shocked by the way I was received at JBR branch
when I came to see Doc Ankur for my son for the 1000th time.
I was asked for my son's ID when I'm not usually asked for it. Bad luck. I don't have it on me and this is when the questioning starts.
I make him understand that I have an appointment and that he's making me late. But he refuses to give me access to the doc until he has finished his interrogation.
I think this is out of place for someone from a medical reception. He has no place in this sector.
I'd have to look elsewhere.

Terrible service with no follow up. Have to call and chase at least three/four times before getting a call back or prescription. Doctors are okay but nurses are inefficient. My son had a bacterial infection and needed antibiotics ASAP but we had to wait more than 24 hours until someone send a prescription (after me calling them many times). Would not go there again unless I am absolutely desperate.

I would like to commend the excellent medical team at JBR Medcare, specifically Dr Ravinder Verma, who handled my sinus problems and Dr Darshan Kumar who helped with my back pain. They were friendly, helpful and always forthcoming. Other staff including receptionists and nurses are also always polite and attentive.

I highly suggest the physiotherapist Mr. Darshan. He helped with my knee injury, Chondromalacia. I was unable to fully extend or flex my knee and the pain was dreadful. He did all the treatments needed to reinforce my knee and give me advice on specific exercises to maintain my knee strong.

I highly recommend the physiotherapist Mr. Darshan. Within a few sessions, through nerve stimulation, ultrasound treatment, traction and other exercises, he's helped me get rid of headaches due to cervical pain. He's given me useful advice (based on my issues and lifestyle) on better posture as well.

I have been consistently impressed by Medcare JBR's quality and efficiency of service. The physiotherapists, Mr. Raheemudin and Mr. Kumar have been very helpful and treated me with professionalism and individualised care. The administrative staff are always polite and efficient. I would recommend getting physiotherapy treatment here.

Clean facility and it's not usually crowed and the doctors are very polite and thorough. Our experience with pediatricians has always been good.
