I don't feel the customer reception is pleasing mannner. They're very slow in billing for the purchase. More than that your appearance is matters to get good response from the staffs. There is no pleasing explanation of the bill. I just went casually for purchase of ???? coin only, to complete the purchase took around 30 mins. There are very less happy faces inside the shop. My previous experience also the same. Then i moved to other shop for necklace purchase. Don't feel to visit again.

The most ethical people in the jewellery business. I made an online purchase and Mr Vaibhav assisted me so perfectly. Their staff and craftsmanship is so amazing. I have never left the store without purchasing an item. Highly highly recommended.

Worst ever experience !
Went around morning time where there is no rush. All the sales person were sitting ideal but no one bothered to show any of their designs. Felt like they were doing a favour showing up to work
