Highly pathetic and lazy staff. No customer care no etiquettes.Always crosscheck their offer prices. Today they had offer on chiken tempura al areesh for 20.95 aed but in billing they were charging the original price. On enquiring they removed all offers saying its finished. All the staff is busy walking here and there and never available on bakery or veggie section. All the night the cleaner is throwing garbage in trolley makimg sounds.This store shouldn't be allowed to Operate 24/7.

I’m regular customer of Megamart past 8 years. Recently I had very bad experience with new cashier boy who is wearing eyes glass.. His behaviour very rude and unprofessional don’t know even customer service ????????????

Opened its first store in 2001, at Sharjah Mega Mall. We thrive on quality and fair prices with a responsible approach to business. Customer satisfaction is the key of success. In Megamart stores I pay particular attention on fresh food and I strive to innovate continuously and improve products in line with customer needs. Megamart has its own Loyalty Card called Bravo which has a very large membership and is growing each passing day. At Megamart, we have weekly ' Themed Promotions ' to attract customers to visit outlets.

Big supermarket .. you can find most of things there .. have low prices in some items as offer every day but be sure you got the price of the offer .... Have car park there and also have home delivery ..

They have to improved on putting price ticket on all the products and lots of missing tickets whenever i go for shopping i found the same issues
