Diphane was amazingly helpful today with booked tickets ,she helped us change the timing and swap them too.

Previously we bought a lemon drink and they gave us an expired one.
Today, i ordered hot dog, popcorn and slush. The hot dog bread was hard as a rock and I had to walk out of my movie to complain so they will replace it. Despite the replacement the bread still wasnt fresh and it felt like it was just heated in the microwave!!!
The popcorn wasnt fresh too and this is extremely disappointing!!
Megaplex is one of the oldest cinemas in Dubai and it is a shame that they sell expired food!!!

Very rude and aggressive company. I called and while making enquiry the person literally shouted and hung up on me? If you behave this badly to potential customers I wonder how your service to customers will be.
If the person that picked up the phone isn’t the owner of the business then the company needs to check who represents them. I wonder how many potential customers you would loose with this kind of attitude!

They didn't turn up.
I eventually got in contact with them to be told a bunch of lies about how they had been trying to contact me and they couldn't make the booking. Not good enough! No voicemail, no text message (they claimed they sent one) and no email. Just one missed call from a mobile phone number I didn't know. I was told repeatedly it was my fault for not calling the unknown number...
