Having stayed at the hotel a few times over the last year, I would like to thank the whole team for pleasant stays. A 5 star rating due to the staff friendly customer service, cleanliness, upkeeping of the hotel and the services offered. Recommended to family and friends. Let’s say it was ok for 2 nights. But very noisy, some of the rooms were smoking free - not really nice smell. On the other hand the room we had was clean and in a good state. The location is not the best, to metro you have to walk 15-20mins but if you use to take taxi, no problem at all. Breakfast was fine - tasty pancakes. Staff was kind.

I travelled there with my family (including our 1 year old) Our room had a cigarette smell for the first 48 hours while we had to leave the balcony door open. The sheet also smelled like cigarette. I contacted the front desk to change room but they wouldn’t help us. They said it was a smoke-free room but it doesn’t change the fact there was the cigarette smell! Also the coffee cups were not all cleaned and had coffee stains at the bottom.

Room is very nice equipped and clean. However, the bathtub does not have a tap to pour water in. It comes from the shower head and doing so, takes a long time and the water got cold after heating up to maximum. Yes, the heater was on.

There’s a pool at the rooftop which operates from 9am until only 6pm, the staff members are friendly, although the walked in my room in the morning accidentally.

In general the location is quite good because it’s close to the Mall of Emirates and around the hotel there are some grocery stores and plenty of restaurants with various cuisines. However, the WiFi internet is very slow -u003e just 4 Mbps….

All in all, value for money.

If u want to rent the meeting room u should pay 2000 for 2 hours onlyyy..!
Management in mena apartment call me and still the same nothing changed very poor service

Room size was fine.
Room was clean. Furniture and beds seems new.
Toilet was very clean.
Has limited basement parking.
Nearby grocery shops and restaurants.
Kids pool is small.

Our room had a few problems with power sockets, and it missed the lights of the little lamps near the beds, but it wasn't very disturbing. The board cover of the ironing board has to be cleaned.
The staff members are really kind and available ????.
We kept connected with our country with the news on TV.

Room is good, and facilities also good and very polite service staff, but i could find big issue with Swimming pool timing which is day time 9 AM to 6PM, how the office person can utilize this option, which need to check by management.
