they take money for title deed and dont issue title deed. i am without title deed after paying them since march 1st. and everytime i call they tell me call dubaicm not meraars and vise versa. till date no title deed for the property. horrible experience one has to deal with. they close my request saying resolved. it is resolved for them as they have taken the money.

The allocation of units is not fair & not controlled by random tokens as they claim. Some selective clients get early access pre-launch, so all good units are sold out in advance. I was able to get early access through my broker & booked a certain unit. I even paid a check deposit for booking. 3 days later after payment & confirmation, they withdraw it from me to give it to someone else. When Amel reached out from the management, she lacks basic communication skills & she’s even impolite: instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she started her discussion by saying “don’t think that we don’t have enough customers for all of our units”… disgusting company!

Very in efficient staff as they never pick up their landline numbers and never provide mobile numbers, i am sure they all get paid well so to think that the staff doesn’t consider it essential to share a mobile number is just being ignorant of customer centricity.

Updates take week plus while it should take days.

Call center staff is very helpful but helpless themselves.

If one staff is asked to connect you to another department, they simply refuse.

Their arab staff is lazy
Their Indian staff is tricky
