The allocation of units is not fair & not controlled by random tokens as they claim. Some selective clients get early access pre-launch, so all good units are sold out in advance. I was able to get early access through my broker & booked a certain unit. I even paid a check deposit for booking. 3 days later after payment & confirmation, they withdraw it from me to give it to someone else. When Amel reached out from the management, she lacks basic communication skills & she’s even impolite: instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she started her discussion by saying “don’t think that we don’t have enough customers for all of our units”… disgusting company!

If you can avoid visiting CRM/collection/admin to sort anything regarding your investment with MERAAS- highly recommend to do so. Lady at payment counter has no clue what she does.

Extremely nice New community of CENTRAL PARK at CITY WALK with the top facilities and amenities.
However; if trying to buy a unit in this new nice community be aware of a great shock for you as the SPA has an article (7.1-c) that make all your dreams of having nice place (although at high price) become void…,
This articles says: “The seller makes no warranty or representation WHATSOEVER that ANY facilities within the community shall be constructed by the master developer”. Can you imagine that ALL what they were announcing as facilities/components of the Central Park community will-not/can-not be there …!
Just imagine….
