In my life I had never had this worst experience and day. They sad 30 or 15 mins. Dune bashing and and we only drove for barely 5mins and quad biking we can not share and we should drive the bike like kids cycle around on a small round no drifting whatha hell it like a jail and they are so rude to us no good service and they are shouting at us we wasted 700 dhirham on this bloody trip the only good thing was the barbeqe dinner and dance show the shawarma was not bad.i didn't want give any star but without giving we cannot write review please do not waste time and money on this bloody trip and today there was a big fight like brawl

Our driver Ejaz was wonderful throughout....the experience ws good enough. They did let us share a quad bike. Food was okay and the shows shoe awesome. Please ask for Ejaz I highly recommend him.

Been there with my family and I really enjoyed the services provided by Mercury Tourism . My Daughter was very happy to drive in desert and little confused but we controlled the situation, excellent hotels of dubai, abu-dhabi and Al-ain really fantastic rooms and very co-operative staff. I never forget this tour with Mercury Tourism LLc. I will again visit Desert with them, thanks

Worst experience ... there drivers are biased and they will not allow to sit accordingly que .. safari round was less then 5 minutes...I will never book from mercury... I had my past desert safari experience was so good so I can differentiate my experience ....

The driver found our location after 1.5 hours to pick us up which was too late. He did not have even internet to use google map. How could we trust this company with the whole tour? Don’t use this company.

For the long time we were thinking to go to Visit in any desert area, last week we visited my wife, it was awesome visit. mercury tourism is fine but little bit expansive.

Worst experience had ever with this group .., total waste of time and money .,,, staffs doesn't know how to speak and they are very rude to us ... Food they provided is not worth what we pay ... We have to pay extra for drop off ... I was waiting in the dessert more than two hours ...please dnt try this group .... There are Somany group having good service in desert safari .... Totally disappointed

Worst tour ever. No guidance nothing. Arrangement was haywired. Very unfriendly driver. Worst experience ever.
