If there was Nil Star as an option I would have rated it zero. They are very happy to take your money, and over the last two years I have spent thousands and thousands on bedding with them. But my latest purchase was a fragrance and it was clearly defective because there was no smell from it at all. A no returns policy in this store has lost a valuable customer, a disgusting way to treat loyal customers, and just rude with it!

We were extremely happy with the costumer service. We appreciated Sales person Obaida Kabbani as he was exceptionally cooperative and helpful. We were very impressed with the quality of the products and had an overall great experience.

Best bedding store in Dubai! The customer care team goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves satisfied and the quality of the bedding - especially the duvets, mattresses and cushions is really top quality.

Fantastic service and headboards, the team have always been professional from start to finish, very friendly, always listen and exceed expectations.
