Worst building I have resided in Al Barsha. Cockroaches everywhere. They do pest control every month but still you will find cockroaches in common areas and the worst thing is they go inside the units. Also, the watchmen allows non-residents to use the Gym and the parking and the property Management (Dania Properties) allows it. There would be times when the spots are all occupied but then you will see drivers exiting from the ground floor.

In addition the property manager is very difficult to deal with. Since moving in here last December 2020, there have been leaks in our kitchen area and they never fixed that. The maintenance team didn't even know what the problem was. We had to inform Dania and they just couldn't help.

Also, they said that this is Family Only building but you will see a lot of unit tenants are not even family. Some even have partitions and yet the Property Manager turns a blind eye, I wonder why...

Not totally a family room lot of units are sharing. Especially 7th and 12th floor So noisy and smoke is smelling????????????

This is a building located on main road with all full of facilities . and have some stores and shops on first floor facing outside on the road, This building is a landmark in al barsha area. so if anybody will be suggesting you a landmark as metro building than your taxi driver can take you on this address very easily because this building is very famous and well known in this area.
