Some one named Marcelo From sales team needs special training in talking to customers. He constantly talks in a sarcastic way. I mean if you want to provoke your customers and make them angry why call them in first place. Can get to know how the company functions looking at the attitude of employees so i will be staying away from this company.

Excellent broker, I made my money.
Multibank group's partnership programs and referral bonuses have been a great incentive for me. I have been able to earn additional income by referring friends and colleagues to the brokerage, which is a testament to their commitment to client satisfaction.

Not too many brokers out there have so many products to trade with, that is what I like about Multibank. offering on shares CFD is very extensive and that is what I personally like to trade mostly. I trade quite frequently during the day and during periods of high volatility and I’ve experienced very low slippage while working with them which is very important . customer support is very responsive which I appreciate because most brokers tend to be lacking in that.

I am a customer of the MBG Markets trading platform under the MultiBank Group. Starting from September 29, 2021, this company will not handle withdrawals for me. Please pay back the money by the person in charge, Naser. Taher!

My review is purely on this Company's Customer Service - Horrible Customer Service;

Received a Cold Call from the CS Rep. Don't know how they got my Contact details. None the less, I entertained the call.

First off, the Customer Service (CS) Rep mixed up the client she was supposed to call.

Secondly, she mentioned it is a step by step process - and without explaining anything in detail or even sharing a brochure, she wanted me to register for an account (Why would anyone want to register for something without knowing the details of what they are getting into? - especially when money is involved)

Thirdly, when I tried to politely indicate that I'd like to decline the call and don't want to proceed any further, the Rep carries on with the call.

Absolutely ridiculous and horrible experience. Please train the Customer Service Reps to interact professionally with potential Clients. When someone hints at ending the call - please stop being pushy and understand the fact and end the call.

If I had the option I would not even give a single star..
