Mayen Mall don't have mobile signal in parking area. Worst experience in My life .
Even in side mall mobile signal problems.

Located in the prime area of Jumeirah near the roundabout. The mall is not so big but packed with exquisite and sophisticated cafes, shops and restaurants. You will be mesmerized to see so many luxurious shops inside!

Beautiful mall, lovely cafes, but the prayer rooms are a mess. It smells so bad(sewage smell from the drains in the ablution area and I’ve also seen drain flies in the prayer room) and there’s still remainjng carpet scrap that they just left at the entrance of the prayer room, it hasn’t moved, it’s just thrown like this and is a hazard since the ladies prayer room opened, What if someone trips? When we informed the cleaning staff they just straightened it and added chemicals to the ablution area and made the prayer room smell even worse. It’s like an after thought. I even found dead cockroaches when I went to pray Maghreb

There should be a door between the ablution room and the prayer room to block any bad smells and flies.
There are no praying paper mats at all for people to use. Air Con should not be turned off in the praying room either. It’s almost 50C degrees outside, we don’t need to request it for it to be on.
The mall has been open for 6 months now and the prayer room was opened two three months ago and it’s a dissapointment!
There are no soap dispensers in the ablution area next to the water taps. I would appreciate it if the mall management focused on the prayer room because in a muslim country this should not be acceptable out of respect for the people using the prayer rooms. I’ve never been more DISGUSTED in my life! And this is a mall in Jumeirah. Go look at other prayer rooms in malls in Dubai and learn how a proper one is done. Example: Dubai Hills, Mirdif 35, Dubai Mall and the City Centre franchise. Do better.

The bathrooms are even worse! Its like no one is interested in cleaning them! Its a tiny mall.
