I had given my vehicle for repair and got the vehicle back only after a month in an unfinished condition saying come back next week for a quick visit to get it fixed and now nobody is picking up my calls and there’s no support from the team whatsoever. Getting the vehicle repaired at MG is a nightmare. Worst customer experience, lack of empathy, cold behavior, unorganized.

First request date for approval - 3rd week of April

Nobody called me to schedule a pickup for a repair and finally after multiple calls and a visit they agreed to take my vehicle in for a repair in the month of June during the last week and the unfinished delivery was done almost close to the end July

Worse service center ever found in UAE. Staff will never give you clear picture about your vehicle. They are giving appointments after two months and just keeping car in outside parking without any action. MG Car is good , but service is pathetic. Really they will make you cry… to get back your vehicle….

This service centre will put me off buying another MG

The appointment for a service is at least a month in advance booking!

They have too many cars booked in for the size of the garage and staffing, and they still close at 5:30 instead of getting more staff and working later to uphold the requirements!

Customer service is atrocious, I just had one of the reception staff call me regarding my car and her attitude to me was not the standard I would expect as a paying customer. I called back to complain and was then hung up on.

Anyone who asks me regarding an MG I tell them the car is great but the customer and service centre is a huge let down!!

Very bad experience with the MG car company, the car lookswise amazing, and the car has all the functions, but this car when breakdown never knows and is very difficult to repair from them.
I bought MG5 for my wife in March 2022 on and when I went to see the car the salesman had an amazing conversation they had a very good experience interacting with the customers but after the car sale, they treated me like who I am. they don't know anything, they told me that they can't do anything and advised me to the service center and when I went there is many customers screaming because they also facing issues.
After buying the car there is a sound so when we called they said they will check during 1st service after service also the same sound is after that we did 2nd service and still that sound is there which means they not able to fix it Now completely ac not working when I called they said there no appointment you can came directly when I went they saying you don't have appointments so keep your car we will update tomorrow by 11.00 am but they didn't call me then I called them they saying it will take one week to fix the issue and they don't have a spare car to give.
MG sells the car for cheap with a long-term warranty and takes double charges for services and parts.

Karim service advisor was amazing! Took my car for a warning on dashboard, explained the issue and made sure I was updated in every step. Got the car before delivery date as promised. The only thing is the service dates is very far so hopefully they can fix this soon! ????

The service was used to be good but all are now turn into nowhere. The waiting period is a lot! Don't expect a comfortable experience.

1. You have to wait long days to book a car service. 1.5 months??? Why not 2 months???
2. And when you expect that you have handed over the car and expected a delivery within the day. Don't! You have to call the centre to get an update.
3. Worst, you have to wait another day for a minor service.
4. MG Service is no where close from the previous centre.

MG service used to be better and organized. What happened MG?

The headlights for MG 5 which DRL stopped working. I went to MG service center to get it repaired and they advised it's in warranty and they will replace it. They did replace it but one of them still doesn't work properly fluctuates and flickers. The car was supposed to be ready next day 1:00 PM, can you guess when did I leave the workshop, it was 5:30 PM and I wanted the car for work coming week.
The car is white in color and had very had technician grease marks all over, nobody cared to wash the car or clean. Reached home and did it myself.
My car after the headlights replacement was outside in kaccha road parked in sand, if I would have got a fine who would pay for that.
1. Appointments are pathetic
2. Service quality is bad
3. Service advisors never contact you or give a time for completion of service. You have to call them at least 10 times
4. There is no effort to match capacity to Demand. They have sold more cars than they can handle.
5. They service overall cost is expensive
6. They don't service contracts or sell them
7. They were planning to open one service centre in Al Quoz since over a year but they have not been able to
8. They have only ben able to sell cars due their availability and price otherwise nothings great about them. Since all other major automakers have been unable to supply cars and have long wait time, MG has quicker delivery u003c worse service

Very slow service. Even for car servicing appointments they gave 20-30 days after.
They took my car for very minor accident, just a paint touching for a scratch and return after 12 days that was on priority and issue was not fixed properly.
They don't fix all issues properly, lack of staff and resources make their service worst.
Frequently staff says system is down.

One of the top 3 air museums in England (and there a lot of good ones). An outstanding array of military aircraft displayed in a very impressive setting. There are a huge number of aircraft displayed outside and even more in the purpose built hangars. The highlights for me would be the TSR2 and the fantastic vertical lightning and of course the Kestrel (personal reasons). Can’t believe that entry is free.

Superb aviation museum full of truly unique aircraft.
The cold war hanger is the only place to see all three V bombers plus planes from the Berlin airlift and a host of other exhibits from the era of the Berlin wall.
It has a fascinating range of experimental and research planes from the early days of flight to the jet age.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff plenty of parking and a good restaurant.

RAF COSFORD amazing aviation museum, worth the visit . So many wonderful aircraft to see if you enjoy aviation. Most definitely in the top four of aviation museums.

Parking is £5 for the whole day!
The museum itself is free.
Well worth a visit!
