Very bad service, no tissue in the table and also the table not cleaned, the soap is finished in the toilet, and I come for the food but unfortunately the food is not taste good and it’s from near by restaurant ( not from Midhat Basha.
The worst thing about it seems that they treat you on the way you look ( once we reached they told me there’s a waiting time to sit outside & while waiting 1 hour at least 2 tables are empty and they give it to whom they want )
It’s a terrible experience and it won’t happen again.

Bad service, not even a tissue on the table, and been waiting to sit outdoor more than 1 hour as they said theres a waiting list even so we sow people just coming and they are giving them tables outdoor it seems to be they judge who to sit outside

I had an amazing experience at Madhat Pasha restaurant! The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly specially mr majd, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Worst place to spend time in Dubai overall. I went there, the hookah was horrible, service very bad, I had to ask for charcoal multiple times, the drink low quality. I went to the nearby cafe yesterday, and I was amazed with the service comparing to Midhat Pasha. Will never come back

ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND CAFE,
Specially if you like middle eastern food.
Food quality, prices, stuff and service is great.
Highly recommend it

Very nice place to spend with close ones...we went on a cold early evening and there are fire chimneys provided to keep you warm. Nice sisha and ambience by the creek. Indoor available as well. Not too expensive considering the location but parking can be tough or expensive

Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing sheesha, amazing Moroccan tea, amazing bathrooms, amazing venue for sports, again amazing staff & service. Definitely recommend for chill, work, and dates. Haven't tried the food, but for a sheesha place 10/10

Just been in today for a tooth extraction. Very polite and friendly staff was seen to quickly and had everything done within 20 mins. Dentist was very informative of everything and made sure I was in no pain. I highly recommend this dental practice. Thank you very much.

Diane on Reception was amazing, got my 6 year old son an emergency appointment when he was refused elsewhere, couldn't have done more, got my son sorted and will continue to see him. Absolutely brilliant service!

Absolutely brilliant dentist. I rang up late today and got a last minute appointment for a very painful wisdom tooth. I was seen straight away and wasn't left waiting. The staff always make me feel very welcome and at ease. I have been with this practice since i was a child, i couldn't fault them.

Very efficient service, the calls are answered quickly and it's never an issue. Always a warm welcome which makes the most anxious relax and the dentist always takes time to explain everything. By far the best dentist I have ever been to.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and the staff they have always go above and beyond to deliver a fantastic and friendly service!! Whether that’s the receptionist, the dentist or his assistant they always make the experience a lovely one! Best dentist ever!

Excellent service, professional staff, Sandeep and his staff put my kids at ease and explained what would happen, my son had his first filling and during the process the dentist showed each attachment, what it would do and how it would feel by showing him on his hand first. Thank you all, from our whole family who are longstanding customers.
