Excellent location. Very close to metro and a lot of eateries.
Friendly staff.
Good food.
Although I had asked specifically for a 3 bedroom apartment with meuseum of future view when I booked well ahead, they offered one with ordinary view quite casually at the reception. Take it if you want style. Felt bad.
The rest was fine. Good stay.

Not much positive, now onto the negatives.
1. The room. The TV was smaller than expected, the toilet paper holder thing fell off and I had to put it back on. There was a part of the flooring wherein I hear a creek whenever I were to step on it.
2. Room service. We asked for towels, and it took 2 calls with an interval of 5-10 mins or so — and it didn’t come, all the way till our check out. The towels never came.
3. The wifi was slow — we couldn’t watch in peace unfortunately.
— but overall, this place is great. Could use some renovations to make the place even better for its guests :)

The gym is big and good.
Some reception staff are very friendly such as (Mina).
The location is very good.
The negative:
The facility is old and needs extreme renovation.
The pool area looks like from the 80th.
TV in my room was maybe 32 inches, if not less, and that is a big disappointment.
Breakfast time like a horror movie and 1 coffee machine to serve the entire hotel, if and when it's working.

Overall, this experience with Marrah left a sour taste in our mouths and made us feel unwelcome at the hotel. It's a shame because the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but the poor customer service made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.
I would not recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza, as the staff's behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a lack of basic customer service skills, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve in this area.
