Had very good stay with family.
Excellent location. Very close to metro and a lot of eateries.
Friendly staff.
Good food.
Although I had asked specifically for a 3 bedroom apartment with meuseum of future view when I booked well ahead, they offered one with ordinary view quite casually at the reception. Take it if you want style. Felt bad.
The rest was fine. Good stay.

The Hotel provided a view of the Twin Towers & The Museum of the future at the swimming area. The hallways of the hotel room floors were brilliant, bright & overall welcoming. Second, the breakfast was wonderful. Third, there were nearby shops (Grocery, A Tim Hortons, etc.) Fourth, the Gym is absolutely fantastic, especially the equipment and restrooms.

Not much positive, now onto the negatives.

1. The room. The TV was smaller than expected, the toilet paper holder thing fell off and I had to put it back on. There was a part of the flooring wherein I hear a creek whenever I were to step on it.

2. Room service. We asked for towels, and it took 2 calls with an interval of 5-10 mins or so — and it didn’t come, all the way till our check out. The towels never came.

3. The wifi was slow — we couldn’t watch in peace unfortunately.

— but overall, this place is great. Could use some renovations to make the place even better for its guests :)

Clean rooms. 4 bottles of water per day. Michael from housekeeping services was brilliant. Good food. Big breakfast spread. Manager at breakfast wasn't too friendly, in fact he was the only staff member who wasn't, and at times I observed he didn't speak well to staff in front on guests. Ordered room service once- tasty dinner. Did ask for a glass of ice and I was told I had to pay for it, I insisted I'm not going to pay for a little amount of ice! They delivered anyway without a fee. Close distance to metro. Surrounding area had 24hr opened restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Super safe to walk at night.

My stay definitely exceeded my expectations! The buffet breakfast is delicious everyday, and the station is about a 10 minute walk from here. All the staff I have been in contact with have looked after me so well, they really cared to ask me if I was happy and check up on me after I told them I have travelled alone. Yaman in front office is so lovely and Ramana from house keeping is wonderful too. They really made me feel at home, I can’t thank this hotel enough for the great experience!

The positive:
The gym is big and good.
Some reception staff are very friendly such as (Mina).
The location is very good.
The negative:
The facility is old and needs extreme renovation.
The pool area looks like from the 80th.
TV in my room was maybe 32 inches, if not less, and that is a big disappointment.
Breakfast time like a horror movie and 1 coffee machine to serve the entire hotel, if and when it's working.

Best one in Dubai… I had a problem with my reservation etc., and the manager upgraded my booking to a nice suite. They indeed know how to take care of their guests. Many thanks to the manager, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
BTW, the location is fantastic!

Everything was great! Vikram was extremely polite and did a great job in keeping our room clean. Location wise we had to walk a lil for the metro but overall it was great

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the staff at the reception. Specifically, a staff member named Marrah was extremely rude and argumentative towards me and my party. Despite our attempts to resolve a simple issue, Marrah continuously argued with us, making our stay very uncomfortable.

Overall, this experience with Marrah left a sour taste in our mouths and made us feel unwelcome at the hotel. It's a shame because the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but the poor customer service made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

I would not recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza, as the staff's behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a lack of basic customer service skills, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve in this area.
