Needed some replacement floor joists for my new house after the previous owners thought woodworm would make delightful pets.

Keighley Timber & Fencing offered the best prices, best range, and best service by far. The option for delivery was a lifesaver as there was no way I could fit 3.5m lengths of wood into a Ford Fiesta.

Ordered for Saturday delivery, received a phonecall confirming the order, then a phonecall from Andy(?) the driver on the day letting me know I was the next stop. Faultless service, would recommend to anyone and I’m sure I’ll be using them again! ????????????????

I found this s far better way to purchase goods as you can see the cost when ordering and in my case the goods were ready when I arrived at the store

Brilliant service, helpful, friendly and great communication regarding both the online order and delivery. Delivery driver called in advance, arrived at agreed time and couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. A refreshing change in this modern world! Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered online, Easy to use and fantastic service. Will most definitely be getting the rest of my gardening materials from these guys. The delivery driver turned up on time and when i told him to put it all on my drive as it was a hot day, he said no its fine il help you carry it to your garden. Fantastic! 10/10

Ordered some trellis and fence posts. Great competitive prices, easy to use website, no silly ordering limits, had exactly what I needed, prompt delivery at no additional cost (and called to confirm delivery options next day). Absolutely no complaints, great service

Keighley timber are unfailingly helpful, efficient, polite and good value. On this occasion I was buying for DIY but I also buy for work and their communication is better than anyone else we deal with. Everything was delivered correctly and on time. The online ordering system is easy to use and I was able to find all the timber products for my project in one place. Highly recommended!

Ordered some wooden boards. Went to pick them up, or you could have them delivered. Met with a happy and cheerful member of staff who help me with my order and helped loading my vehicle. All in all a very excellent service will us again in the future.
