Thankyou so much!!! for helping me today with an unusual situation. I'm not a local anymore and I was visiting for a funeral and stay for a few days. I suffer from allergies and forgot to bring my medication. I urgently required medication for a very severe allergic asthma attack. Staff member who served me (Harprit?) was spot on. Wonderfully helpful, offered me a glass of water to take tablet. I got a much needed inhaler. I was so worried I would be unable to get help and have to go to hospital and miss the funeral etc. This pharmacy help today saved me dialling 111, or an urgent hospital visit.
Contacting my gp to get a prescription via phone was almost impossible or would take too much time due to the econsult system in place. Especially as I needed help urgently. Thank you so very much!!! Highly recommend.

I found this pharmacy by doing a search for travel injections. We were told we would have to go to Newcastle.
I phoned up in the morning advised what we required for the country we were visiting and was advised to pop along.
We had our travel jabs and got our malaria tablets.
Everything was explained up front along with cost.
Both the pharmacist and the staff we dealt with were efficient and very friendly.
I didn’t realise this pharmacy offered all these different services but will certainly bare this in mind for any future needs.

Met TJ today for an appointment for ear wax removal. Absolutely fantastic. Friendly, caring, understanding, reassuring & knowledgable. Highly recommend a visit to this practice for your medical needs! First class ????
