Just want to comment if we complained one of the govt office to moe they will just say this is not our matter go back to free zone if we will complain they told they have reference number sent but not at all. What s happening ? Kindly investigate your call center or who using info email nothing services rendered good. We set up a company n free zone and abusing collecting our money but no license and we reported to moe only they ignored our complain where should we go ?

Great location. Very comfortable. Not crowded. The staff is kind and helpful. Parking is free for 3 hours.

During Thursday most of the COO requests not getting approved after around 12 clock. As per the call center the duty time is till 2pm. If the certificates not approved on Thursday the outside trailer drivers will get stuck here for another 2 days. In total we are losing 3 days..

Although it is a hassle trying to get to actually see A GP in person persevere and don’t take no for an answer.
The issue I have is you never get to see the same Dr if you have an ongoing issue it would be good not having to go through your whole history with different Drs. However I will balance it out and say Sr Sambale who is my GP is absolutely brilliant, First class.She listens takes her time going through your notes she really cares. It is hard to see her because of how good she is. Dr Rigg and Dr Pagdham are also great.

Dr Robins is one of the most incompetent and hostile gps ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with at Keppoch medical practice. On Monday myself and my friend (who is here on vacation) became unwell with a fever, headaches, nausea and blisters. I called the nhs24 out of hours who advised me on Monday afternoon to call my gp and report to them and also that they had a duty of care to my friend as a day patient to be seen. The nhs24 advised me to tell them that due to the severity of our symptoms they wanted us to be seen by the on duty clinician at the surgery that day because they think we needed antibiotics for an infection. They advised they would send our notes to my gp surgery for them to read upon my phone call to them. Dr robins called back with a horrible attitude straight away. I asked her if she received the notes to save me all of the explanation again and her response was “probably not no” I paused to let her enquire and she came back again with “yes I have the notes what is the problem” I explained everything again and she asked me to send pictures to their WhatsApp number and also refused to treat my friend as he wasn’t a patient even though I reminded her we were told he could be seen. I sent pictures to the WhatsApp of both of us to which she responded that she couldn’t accept pictures of my friend as he wasn’t registered I again reminded her she had a duty of care to him as a day patient which she blatantly ignored. I received a call back from her later in the day saying we wouldn’t be seen to keep hydrated and keep taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. The following day our blisters became worse so I went to the pharmacy because I dreaded to call back the gp after the abysmal attitude of them and the reluctance to take me seriously or see me and my friend face to face even though again they were adviced by nhs24 to see us both. The pharmacist said we needed an antibiotic for folliculitis the same as nhs24 and would have to go back to the gp. I called back the gp to be told there is no telephone appointments left for this day after demanding that I was not taken appropriately the day before I asked to be called back by another gp not dr robins and by the practice manager. Guess who called back? Dr Robins. I told her the pharmacist has looked and said it looked like folliculitis and she said according to what I showed her it wasn’t folliculitis it was more viral but I should send MORE pictures to their WhatsApp again today. She finally agreed with the pharmacist it looked more like folliculitis today than it did yesterday and finally agreed on the 4th day to give me an antibiotic. 4 days I’ve been left sick and suffering. I hope to never have to deal with this gp ever again.

I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. Sometimes the lines are busy but they’re a big practise. My last practise was Dr Isabelle Cullen Surgery which was good but Keppoch is superior purely because of Doctor Robins. I never feel rushed, she remembers past conversations and is incredibly supportive. Thank you so much.

I advise the patients enrolled in this very bad center to be wary of the very contemptible doctor, Lisa Robins. Because I did not find the most contemptible of this doctor.Important note There in one of the comments Dr. Lisa Robins mentioned that she is good. I don't know if this lady is a friend of Dr. Robins.
So that no one is deceived, Dr. Lisa Robins is one of the most despicable doctors I have dealt with. Beware of this despicable doctor, and all those I know who have dealt with Dr. Lisa Robins say that she is despicable. And the staff in the reception and management of kepposh surgery are malicious, liars and hypocrites and I have not seen them in hypocrisy and lies

Very bad clinic. Doctor Lisa Robins should be prevented from practicing the medical profession because she is very malignant and does not trust patients. And the workers in managing this center are hypocrites and liars

Just to say this has been my Doctor's since it opened, and I've not had a bad thing happen or anything else ????
So I say get a doctor that's good at listening to you and stay with that doctor as I've had the same doctor since it opened and will not see anyone else????
