Honestly speaking, this is by far the worst Ministry in UAE, They placed a block in our company because of the Emiratization but we have achieved it already they cannot unblock it as easily as they have blocked it we need to raise technical support but this technical support is totally useless the customer support says that they will call within 1 working day but it's been 3 days now no one from their Technical support is giving a call!!!!!!!!!!!! And now we are facing a lot of fines because of this BAD service!!!!

Honestly, their whole service is quite poor. It’s taking weeks to resolve a tiny issue, but on the back end of this tiny issue, I cannot move forward with other procedures in the app or their system. And I’m getting fines in the meantime. And I have no choice but to wait until they get back to me, and it’s been three weeks. I’ve complained and asked for a senior to assist. But nothing has been done. I’m sorry to write this but I’ve even made a complaint in order to highlight some issues to them. No response for the complaints either. I made them officially, twice directly to them. So I hope they see this too but i doubt it. There are so many layers of issue in their system. Happy to help them resolve it but they need to acknowledge first.

There service and staff is amazing! The call center is available 24/7. They are super friendly and very helpful. If you need any support do call there center at anytime 600590000 you might wait a little but they will eventually answer your call. I was extremely surprised from such good service....

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst ministries in UAE it’s not our mentors vision I mean sheik Mohammed bin Rashid I have been stuck for over 60 days with my application problem I have called I have sent emails I went there. I tried to finish things via Tasheel however, nothing worked and every single day I’m calling them I’m waiting over 30 minutes over the phone and nobody picks up then I drop a mail that day and they reconfirm that they will call me within 24 hours and nothing is happening. It’s been two months and I don’t know what to do next.

To UAE standards.. this ministry is a big fail. System with so many flaws.
System down .. system not showing clear information.. this ministry is causing so many people fines and issues due to these flaws and due to its staff’s incompetency and lack of knowledge.. system need to be updated and improved .. staff need to be trained properly to the services and laws of the ministry ..
wasted so much time and money
because of MOHRE and Tasheel ..

Worst ministry in Dubai for sure. Technical issues are not being solved. I tried to complain directly to MOHRE about the way the staff has dealt with us but the complains would be “sorted” without even contacting us. How will that help to identify improvements in the system???

I wasted two hours sitting in their office, for no one to show up to their desk in MOHRE. For crying out loud; you have a first line of defence to assess whether or not to serve a customer, and then on top of that make a decision to either let the person thru the door, or simply brush you off to contact the customer service number / or go to tasheel. Lets pretend we have a customer happiness center for decoration, but actually dont want to serve customers or help them. How do you expect anyone to get their issue's attended to or resolved when no one there is working. Seriously, this is MOHRE, regardless of Ramadan hours and staff not showing up, but completely shocked to see no one works or is willing to help. very disappointing.
