majority of 5 star google ratings are suspicious and actual 1 star rating seem more than enough.

Their price are very high compare to the condition and facilities of the property,

If you are going for monthly furnished apartment then don’t expect your security deposit will be refunded, they will find small things in apartment and deduct 10x price for things (provided items are already old).

Property Management team will also change their behaviour once you will leave the property and don’t answer the calls after telling the deductions from security deposit.

There is very bad sewerage smell at night in parking area and entrance of building.

property lobby/ common area and lifts air conditioning does not work, the guard at reception seem angry and you will feel embarrassed when speak to him. Upper floor lobbies suffocate.

The sauna was closed for 'maintenance' and gym was locked.

Management of property - Instead of adding fake reviews and making this aged property look better than it actually is, try improving the condition and be fair with your clients. You have definitely inflated the rating of property artificially.

I inquired rental rate I was quoted sky high prices.

Afterwards I went through Google ratings. I discovered that majority of 5 star ratings are suspicious and actual 1 star rating seem more authentic.
Try to find another place if you can.

Instead of adding fake reviews and making this aged property look better than it actually is, try improving the condition.

When I visited the property lobby and reception air conditioning was not working, the guard at reception was sweating like anything. Upper floor lobbies were suffocating and smelled of mold. Some apartment had millions of shoes at door I wonder how many people lived there.

The pool was closed for 'maintenance' gym was locked.

You have definitely inflated the rating of property artificially.

When you blame it on others you sound like a tyrant government who blames condition of the country on foreign agents ????

DON’T EVER RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT!!!
I have rent from them for 2 months and they hold 5000AED for the security deposit at the beginning. By the time I move out, they realize that there is a stain on the sofa as shown in the photo. They told me that I have to compensate the amount for whole set sofa as they are going to throw away and change a new set sofa to maintain the quality of the apartment. They deduct 2500AED from the deposit and telling me to take the sofa as I want else they are going to throw away the sofa. However, on the next day when I trying to move the sofa, they change their statement and told me that I can move only one sofa but not the whole set. How ridiculous is this?! If I am not planing to move the sofa is that mean that they will simply take away my deposit as their own profit and keep the sofa for their own use at the same time?
I think I am not the first victim as there are comments out there pointing out the same problem, their management will try any way to take away your deposit even with a small stain or small damage they will ask for huge amount of compensation. Think twice before you rent from them! Any single of your unaware action that cause little dirt/damage to the apartment when you staying here will cost you more than you can think. Be prepared to lost all your deposit by the time you check out, good luck guys!！

I recently stayed at Mirage 1 for 3 weeks when on holiday in Dubai. Excellent flats with attractive balconies. A large swimming pool on top of the roof which is great for exercise and relaxing. The security and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Mirage 1 is only 20 (approx.) minutes drive away from key locations such as Dubai Airport and Dubai Mall. Dubai Silicon Oasis locally has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and good supermarket.

We enjoyed our time at Mirage 1 Residence. We love Dubai Silicon Oasis-beautiful, clean and attractive-decent shops in the area too. The Apartments at Mirage 1 are very clean and spacious. Staff are helpful, particularly pleased with the security man who was there in the daytime. Would definitely return.

nice building, well maintained, many of the parking spaces are covered. The building has amenities such as gym, swimming pool, pool deck, aerobics studio, furnished apartment for guests. the entrance hall is impressive, with arabesque ornaments of wood and marble panels. 24 hours security and life guard at the pool. the building has many convenient stores for grocery

It’s a nice building, however BE CAREFUL ! They management only think about money.
They took 4800 aed from the deposit to “ repair “ things that were there before. It does not matter if you send them pictures before moving, no one would reply you once you leave.

I visited this place and was informed the rent for 2 bed is 95k. Which year are they living in .???? The person who showed us the apartment was too judgemental and kept asking if we are gonna share because I was with a friend . I told him it’s for me and my wife . They need to realise it’s silicon oasis and not downtown .
