Post lady delivered « Roal Mail guaranteed before 1am mail - to a wrong address. Spoke at the office directly, made a compair, rand 4 times. Never received the answer, never called back neither emailed me. I don’t have the package neither money. The worst experience

I receive a perfectly adequate service when the building is open but when it's closed and the google listing says otherwise, I can't help resenting the lost time and money in driving there only to be unable to collect my post.

arrange for Tuesday delivery and it comes Monday then I can only collect between 8am -10am when I work 20 miles away,what arubbish service
