Very impressed with Mount Cars. We had a lovely driver who picked up my family of six in his beautiful Mercedes to from our home to Stanstead Airport and was waiting for us when we returned. Thank you so Mount Cars 5⭐️doe a top service.

Airport pick up.
We were very stressed due to a flight cancellation and being placed in an unfamiliar hotel so far from the airport. Driver was prompt and friendly on our early pick up. Very greatful and app was useful

Website: doesn't work. says missing information yet I've submitted all details of the booking I want.
App: doesn't work. Sends me a verification code in email, but it's never accepted on the app.

We phoned after our client who is disabled had been waiting 1.5 hours already for a cab via the firm Taxicab which is meant to be specifically for disabled people. When they informed us it may be another 2 hour wait enough was enough. Quick call to mount cars and in under 10 minutes a very cheery driver arrived and got our client home safely. Would not hesitate to use them again for our clients

Booked a cab for my return flight from Spain to Gatwick Airport 10 days prior to landing in the UK. Despite my plane being slightly delayed, the communication was extremely poor for this company, given the prices charged. I did not receive any update from the company the driver was on their way/running late. I had to call the operator to find out the drivers ETA, to which I was met with excuses and defensiveness from the female operator, for example being told as I “had not even passed passport control and baggage collection”, that I had no reason to be annoyed at the delay and lack of customer service, despite the driver running over an hour late! I was also told I was being “argumentative for no reason”, which was a completely unnecessary comment. I was also told had the driver been on time “I would’ve had to pay waiting fees anyway”, something which I was not even told at the time of booking. I was consistently told I would not receive any refund, despite all I wanted to know was the ETA. I was given no understanding or customer validation - poor customer service, rude operating staff, excuse after excuse - I understand traffic is an issue we all face but do better with how you address customers if you want to market your business as having “friendly and qualified” staff. Will not be using this cab company again given the rude operating staff. Every other experience with this company has been great, including the drivers - shame one person had to ruin it.

There's a lovely lady operator that works at this cab but unfortunately today I was greet by a man who hanged up on me as I was getting the address for the pick location even though I said South Woodford station which I didn't think you needed an address for.
