Vehicle engine had major malfunction causing major stress. Took it to Drive Redcar, having had a repair previously and the service was impeccable!

This was totally different, Emma Beth were understanding and supportive, and patient with me! Steve, Service manage was absolutely spot on, from 2 sides as service manager but also understanding of the stress of loosing the vehicle. His advice, direction helped significantly, the stress not totally gone, but if not him, his support constant updates and advice, a gasket could of blow as well as timing belt! 1st class plus for the service and customer care. It is evident that there is great team ethos within Drive, behind the wall working to repair the vehicle and front desk and Service manager who do the extra mile to make the loss or worry as less stressful as they possibly can. Super Service Manager and brilliant team, Drive did a fantastic job looking after me, and fixing a car that could have been sold on without an engine.

Vauxhall were not in the same league as the dealership they helped. Would I buy another Vauxhall YES, I have had 6 different models this is the 7th, all have been fantastic this is 1st time I’ve had a problem. We are not perfect, cars are not perfect and can breakdown. Importantly for me they helped.

Advice to all drivers get the car serviced on the date or before as it could bite you. The girl is home and I have a great big smile! Thanks, Steve, and Drive.

Would definitely recommend Drive Vauxhall Redcar. In the past I have found buying a car quite stressful/daunting, however all the staff at Drive Redcar put me at ease and we’re so friendly and helpful. Dean Sharp and Dave Soulsby were particularly helpful, nothing was a problem for them, and they went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one! Thanks so much.

Really do recommend this dealership!
Was served by a woman named Beth and she was definitely a massive help! Went through all the add on offers available before purchasing and left us with no questions left to ask! Really did do a great job at making sure everything was went through and understood clearly and did a great job making it a welcoming place to be. Again I Really recommend going here if you’re considering purchasing a car :)

Dean (drive vauxhall redcar motability)was brilliant from start of ordering the vehicle to collection of vehicle. We had a long wait for delivery of vehicle which was to be expected and we was made aware of that too. Would highly recommend Dean for sales, motability.

We recently bought a car from Geoff Allen and can't recommend him enough. He was very pleasant and excellent at his job, not pushy at all and done us a great deal. My wife left her glasses there and Geoff kindly brought them to our home in Hartlepool .All the staff are lovely and very welcoming .

Me and my husband had the best experience at Drive Vauxhall Redcar. Dean sharp went above and beyond to help us with our Motability car and we can’t be thankful enough. Just bought a car from Vauxhall Drive in Redcar… was attended to by Dean Sharp. Dean and the dealership looked after us like VIP’s going above and beyond. Very professional very honest and very friendly… would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
