We booked and paid the fee in advance. Its a totally different dinner experience. Its between 8 and 11 pm and they serve multiple dishes. The portions are small but quite enough. The food was delicious. The room is like a meeting room but everything else was fantastic. We loved it and enjoyed it a lot. A must try experience.

The place was reserved for a friend’s birthday celebration. But the excitement didn’t got fulfilled. I was disappointed with the food quality and taste and the show too. It’s not clear what’s happening in the show and very pricey for such a less rated restaurant. That was my last visit.

Be careful the location in wrong in google maps. Its in kempinsky hotel. I was late as I arrived to the location on google on time . However i called and the show started few minutes late

New exciting experience the food was good too.

The birthday cakes tasted better than the dessert included in the menu
Loved the entree the most
And the sea-bass was good too.

Nice experience. The atmosphere and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was good but note out standing. Overall the experience worth to try for one time only. The visual art show amazing and very attractive.

Went to venue on 22 Jan, started off with having projectors being switched off on the side we were seated, staff placed food on all tables with a magnet which apparantly was not available for our table (another disappointment). Food was cold and servers were keen on cleaning up even before it's over, left most of the food to waste (need to improve the food, atleast serve food hot).
The host asked for feedback and we told them about the projector and missing service at out table, they were least interested and said they will try and inform the management. Didnt even bother and and was more keen to collect the payments. 390 for an adult, wouldnt even say it's worth 39. Absolute disappointment. Stay away and save your money

My partner and I decided to enjoy a lovely new experience with some virtual fun. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by the outcome of the entire restaurant.

The ambience of the restaurant is basically a conference room changed into a restaurant that seemed very cheap.

Nevertheless, the virtual experience was unique, beautiful, and fun. However the food doesn't match that experience whatsoever.

Our 1st plate was floating plate that had some appetizer that had a foul smell & tasted horrible!

Our 2nd plate was basically spring roll with mushrooms that felt preheated and oily.

Our 3rd plate was a soup that tasted nothing like cauliflower soup, more like cream soup.

Our 4th & 5th meal which is our main course was tasteless & not at all the level of fine dining. (I believe the chicken was undercooked)

Lastly our desert was basically chocolate mousse, from A FINE DINING that costs $100 per person are you serious!!! It actually tasted great but the restaurant is definitely not categorized as fine dining not even fast food.

To top it all off, Banquet of Hoshena has a story we both entered not knowing the story and left not wanting to know the story, in other words the story is a waste of time, hearing and completely pointless I preferred if it was a show on my plate rather than storyline.

I definitely do not advise to attend this restaurant, it is definitely not worth $100.

Be super honest.
My and my family order the course of seafood & beef. And the entire meal were ALL unbelievable BAD.
I tried so many table show dinner and this is the worst time.
In HOSHENA I went to their pervious dinner before in Kimpinski hotel it was much better.

Today, Only the main dish of beef is good.
Let’s start one by one:
1. The chocolate in the jewelry box before they were using voholna chocolate and now they are using chocolate ball which you can buy from supermarket 1kg for 5 AED.
【lost quality 】

2. Starter were one tart and spring roll, and it taste 10000% from frozen food microwaved and gave it to you. For spring roll, it’s so obvious if you microwave or deep fried.
【no quality】

3. The main dish fish is so dry and small.
【chef’s skill problem】

4. The 7 Up for the “magic drink” wasn’t even sparkling. I mean the cook really think people can’t taste the difference ? It taste Exactly like long-opened 7 up, not event from the can.
【Not Fresh】

There are actually more to write but these are the main main problem.
I thought maybe they didn’t have too much customer so they moved the location, so I didn’t want ask too much.
But now I can see exactly why they don’t have costumer (whole room only 2 people including me).

Please if the management sees this review, change your chef, if a restaurant’s food wasn’t good or trying to cut the quality budget is VERY OBVIOUS.

Great day out for a 3 and 5 year old.

The staff are amazingly friendly, the shows are great. The walks are just enough. Coffee was quite nice (personal preference)

We went in the half term time and wasn't too busy. Food was reasonably priced as you would expect from a theme park but all good.

We are coming back down for Halloween

Over the years we have visited wonderland lots of times with our children a d today I visited with my grandchildren. The visit wasn't great the staff are lovely and friendly and interact with the children lovely and the children loved seeing the characters but the while place is looking run down it looks old and dirty and not cared for anymore the village is shut off and there are now food and drink stalls to use but we fed the children while here buying a hotdogs meal and a burger meal the prices are good but when the meal came the little one didn't want her burger after eating only half saying chewy and when my daughter checked it the burger was raw in the middle, when she took it back to them they just said okay would you like a sausage instead.
The parks and shopping once out of wonderland are amazing.

Went here for Halloween. The whole place was decorated with spooky decorations and had people dressed up in spooky characters. You were given a trick or treat bag on entry and the kids could get presents and treats from staff around the venue. Sound effects and smoke machines made the whole experience great start to finish. Would recommend for the whole family. Apparently going here at night for the Halloween is terrifying!

Wonderland is an ok day out, it's a big place to walk around but really there isn't much there to do or anything wonderful. It is priced at £12.50 a head which I think is overpriced for what you get. It is all dated and starting to show its age. It definitely hasn't been updated in a long time. The rides seem to be quite old. The carousel had some repairs to the floor from some wood screwed down. The eating area needs cleaning up and made to look nice. The shows (if you call them shows) were absolutely terrible. We aren't in a rush to go back

We have visited here for the first time in nearly a decade and I have mixed emotions. We treated our 6 year old grandson to an afternoon out here. Value for money it is OK, not great but OK as the handful of rides at the attraction is included in the price. Whilst on the subject of the rides, I think every ride was disorganised as the kids went in at the entrance and came out of the....entrance! This as you can appreciate caused a lot of confusion as all rides had an exit which was not being used. I would be interested to see evidence of how frequently there is maintenance carried out on the rides and a H&S audit. Personally I think the whole site is in ill repair with all the attractions, walkways and rides looking tired and weathered. What prompted this review is the absolute greed and "dodgy" activity at the food selling areas. Please look at the pics and judge for yourself what I have highlighted. The prices were ridiculous and I am disgusted. Our grandson did ask for something and I hate saying no, but on this occasion I had no choice...£6.50 for fries....how? If all items were a little cheaper the stores would have had 3 sales off us but greed cost them those sales, we held back and got something in town. The whole visit was OK but sadly not great. I think we will visit again in a few years to see if it has nesn improved.

Great for younger kids, no queues for any of the mini rides. Staff were all lovely, Alice & Hatter were very entertaining on stage and at their Tea Party. Bouncy castle was very good too. Unlimited turns on the mini golf. We will be back

Brilliant place to take young children. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful. But it was hard to find as it is located inside the park. And no signs to find the way. So it's better to go there before 11am. I personally think there should be more attractions as there are ample space, especially more rides. Kids can enjoy anyway. ????
