I want to complain about service.The guy who was in the evening he was extremely rude.Yesterday evening I went to this grocery.And I was asking the guy kashier about watermelon,he was acting like he is on his phone,like he didn’t hear me.
And after he was giving me the change with coins .When I held out my hand,he ostentatiously putted the coins on desk.

This is one of the best grocery stores in JVC. They deliver to home also and they are really fast! Staff is quite polite as well. Definately recommend.

Booked a lodge, At 1600 hrs on afternoon before we were due to travel we recieved a call from park stating that the lodge we had booked was now unavailable due to issues with doors.
Offered a much smaller caravan with a 30 % discount.
As the car was packed after much deliberation we decided to travel. Upon arriving we found the caravan to be new but had limited space inside and outside for the 2 dogs we had paid extra for, the lodge which is close by looks much bigger and would have been ideal, we know that things happen beyond anyone's control but it's not ideal.
Even with the refund we have paid more for the caravan than if we had booked it in the first place. The beds are new but rubber mattresses without even a mattress protector in 20+ degrees is not nice .
We had a look at the lodge which we should have been in, it looks ideal we could only look through the window but the layout is ideal kitchen complete with all appliances, and the space we originally booked for, park have said we can use the balcony on the lodge but without access to the water and facilities of it we can't see the point ( look at what you could have had comes to mind)
The park is peaceful, however somewhere near the beach there was a party going on until the early hours which was not good as without the windows open it was stifling. Although this is beyond the parks control, it is not very nice to endure.
Park have said that if the door can be fixed on the lodge we can move into that, let's see what the rest of the week brings if we last that long here.
Came home after 2 nights as couldn't stand it any longer.

Nice for an overnight stay. Easy walking distance to the harbour which is packed full of boats and good eating options. Walking the other way there's a simple, unpretentious beach café for a coffee and scone. The beach itself is a mess.

Visit 8-12 Sept '20-Would we go back-No, good points-close to beech although pebbled but so is most of the coast, also 15_20 min walk to harbour.
Site looked run down, glad we were on hard standing, proportion of grass pitches opposite us had more bumps n dips than a little.
Barrier locked till 7 am, good for security but bad for us wanting early leave for over 200 miles home treck.
As for a bar, it's golf club with last till at 5pm,no evening drinks.!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly that's what the star is for. As for everything else, we were really disappointed with this place. It's small and not much of a space between bay's, the toilets and showers were filthy, the hot water ran out several times, a dog got out of another campers tent and ate our food and several other people's, someone said we had a generator when we didn't, and they complained to the staff about our radio on. We also had item's stollen overnight. Ideal for retired people that don't make any noise.
We will not be going back again or recommending to anyone under the age of 65!!!!

Great place for a game of golf. Me and my dad both loved the course and will be coming again next year but the one criticism I have is the hole yardage's on the Scorecard are all wrong. As I used a gps app on my phone and I have a laser range finder so getting the right yardage is not a problem for me.

Very small site, lovely staff. Dog friendly. Use of golf course bar & refreshments available. . Hard pitches with power & all other necessities provided. Very muddy when it rains though. Not great with 2 dogs!!!
Short walk (20mins) to the marina & lots of bars & restaurants as well as a huge Asda. Easy walk on a lovely route along a path that runs parallel to the sea.
It’s really a base & ideal to use to explore the local area.
Near bus routes.

Have a fantastic time at this campsite. I only planned to stay a couple of nights, but loved it so much, ended up staying in for 2 weeks!
Right by the sea, with great walks!
The staff on site were so lovely and helpful!
Fully recommend this site!! ????????

We Decided to start camping again and returned to bay view after 9 years. We stayed over this Easter break for 2 weeks. I recalled this being a nice spot for a quick break and our weekend was fab. Staff are very welcoming. The toilets and shower where very clean. We were able to park next to our tent. The only downside is no open fires but that didn't stop us from having fun. We pitched on 91 and as the area was surrounded by trees we were protected from the high winds that were building up. the harbour is not too far to walk and has plenty of places to eat and drink. You can walk along the beach to Eastbourne which we managed to do even after a full meal and many drinks ! Whislt it was just me and my partner I would definitely return with my grandson and the family dog
