Tuesday 27th , 2023 @10ish don't know the names but the sales reps worked on that day at that time.
On Monday, the store rep at MOE ordered cuff links of a certain colour to be delivered to the their store as it was not available at this location I was to pick it up the following day.
When i arrived at the store the item delivered was not the colour I had requested . The lady sales rep was hell bent on convincing me that it was indeed the same , even after I showed her the difference between it and another item of a different shape but with the same colour i was looking for.
Finally, she gave up and went and asked a colleague of hers if it was the same colour . He took one look and said it was definitely NOT the same colour .
Then proceeded to try to back up his colleague by saying that there is only a few colours of the shape I'm looking for and the one I want is not available anywhere .
I found the exact cufflinks i wanted with the colour that is accourding the staff above, not available, and the one im told i can never find with the shape i want anywhere, at another branch from an honest, knowledgeable, friendly sales agents who knew how to speak to a loyal customer and assist them.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
