It is lovely to see such a concept in Dubai and the food overall was great, however, the chef is a bit too heavy handed with the salt and bitter flavours. There is charred and then there is burnt. I was disappointed to see such quality fish and meat drenched in overpowering sauces. A drizzle would have been enough in many cases. I enjoyed the concepts and stories behind each dish, it just requires a little refinement in the execution, which from such a young chef will inevitably happen.

Fantastic immersive experience, where Chef Solemann and his team present each dish before being served; all dishes have an intriguing story and taste amazing on all levels. Highly recommended!

A great culinary experience. A unique experience of almost a private chef dinner. Yes it is relatively expensive but I think it is worth it.

Each and every dish is prepared in front of your eyes and as can be seen in the photos each dish is a work of art visually but nonetheless tastes great.
The verity of the dishes gives the diner a taste of from around the world finest food.

- There is one big table merged with the kitchen
- The chef is managing the kitchen in front of you
- Some dishes are very tasty
- There is plenty of parking

This was an incredible and unique dishing experience for me in Dubai. The chef is incredibly talented, the food was incredible and unique, the set up was beautiful. The plating was awesome. I have done quite a few of these experiences around the world, and so proud to say I have tried one of the best right here in our home backyard in Dubai. The rest of the team behind this were also amazing.

Super tasty food, Moonrise is where you forget all the delicious food you've tried before and reset to enjoy this novel mouth-melting food. Chef Solemann takes you through the process of each bite and briefly explains the story behind making it.

Very unique one of a kind Omakase experience. A one of a kind play on flavours and textures. Very interesting combination of different foods. I loved the attention to detail and presentation. The chef & staff interactions added to the experience, as well as thorough explanations of how to enjoy the food. Come here on an empty stomach for sure & be sure to book a table well in advance.

If you want to have a unique dining experience & you are open minded, this is the spot!

The chef has a lot of potential, and it’s exciting to see how he will progress throughout the years!
