DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!
We booked and paid for a villa for twelve people back in September 2022. All correspondence was via What's App messages so there appeared to be no concern, plus a contract was given. However 24 hours before we were due to fly out, they sent a message cancelling the villa and offered us a 4-bed instead! When we declined, they offered us a full refund and assured us the money would be refunded within five working days. It has now been four weeks and despite numerous messages / emails, nothing has been received. Be very wary of the legitimacy of the 5* reviews on here as that is what made us choose this company!!!
August 2023 update - no monies ever received from this company. They are scammers and thieves and have been reported to Dubai Tourism and the Police.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this organization. They appear to be reputable at first glance. After placing a large deposit with the organization, my plans changed and Moore Luxury Homes agreed in writing to refund the total deposit within two days. I dealt with an individual named Moses Matovu. After a month of delays and excuses, I still have not received my refund and have had to engage an attorney. They will not do what they commit to. I found them to be untrustworthy and would not deal with them again or recommend anyone else to deal with them.

Mr. Moosa and Mr. Patrick took the money in cash for the Villa that I rented for my daughter's wedding. They did not give me the Villa and left me stranded on the day of my daughter's wedding. Besides the mental stress of facing a situation like this right on the wedding day, they have not even given me the Refund and have been using my money for over 5 months now. Their Director of the Company also has not been able to give the Refund in spite of promises.BEWARE of them!!

I had a great stay with Moore Luxury Homes and would highly recommend them!
Very professional and accommodating service and staff! Big thank you to Patrick for making this a very positive experience, it was a pleasure dealing with them both. Communication with them was easy and quick, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.
The quality of the apartment, furniture and amenities are impeccable!
I would like to suggest only one small area for improvement in my opinion: providing more specific timings or timeframes for the weekly cleanings, for convenience.
Overall, extremely happy with the whole experience and will definitely be my go-to rental business in the future! Thank you!! :)

Excellent experience at Moore Luxury Homes. Everything is of top standard, the rooms were cozy, clean, and hygenic. The rooms have many amenities like a refrigerator, stove, cutlery, washing machine, and more. We had a good view from our room. The staff are friendly, great service. I would like to thank Patrick for being so kind, accommodating and hospitable. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.
I would definitely recommend this place!

I booked a Villa with them for my daughter's marriage. They took the full amount of Rent as well as a security deposit in "Cash" saying that their Bank account has issues. They gave me a Contract as well as a receipt for the amounts received and then last minute just on the day of the Wedding they said Villa is not available so they will refund me the amount. Besides all the last-minute hassle of change of venue Now it is 4 MONTHS plus that I am chasing them but NO REFUND received yet.

Very much satisfied indeed. Lamar is very accommodating and professional person, he showed us all the space and how everything works in the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is also great and and house has a very calm and chill environment.We had such a great time. Amazing staff cheerful all the time willing to help never found such nice people as I found in here.
I highly appreciated all the help.
Wonderful experience and Highly recommended ????????

I have stayed in so many places in Dubai over the last 3 years and Moore Luxury Homes were the complete best. The appartment felt like being at home and I was provided with everything I could possibly need for my stay. The pool is a dream for a swimmer like me & I loved how professionally handled was the check in & check out. For my super early check out I met Patrick who was a complete professional & gentleman and helped me with everything I needed. Moore Luxury Homes are my 1st choice for my next trip to Dubai.
