I am literally HOOKED on this sangak bread. Wish I’d never discovered it! Tonight, I had it dipped in a delicate and fruity Palestinian olive oil; the other morning I had it with French butter and my mum’s home-made strawberry jam. Equally good as an accompaniment to a dish or as the star of the show, it’s got this wonderfully chewy texture and depth of flavour whilst not feeling heavy on the stomach. And for almost a year now, they have replaced the gas oven with a clay one so the product is even better.

They are not professional with Iranian bread . They cook the bread and right away put it in a plastic bag .

That makes the SANGAK bread get hard and like plastic
