Great and friendly service. I needed to book a taxi to the airport for my elderly mother from abroad . In checking in to make sure the booking was in hand (and my mum not being easily contactable) they answered the phone immediately and the driver made sure to locate her at the collection point. Thank you!

Booked a taxi with this company the day before. Text message was received to confirm the booking.
Next morning no text was received to confirm whether the taxi was on its way. The taxi never showed up even after 10 minutes after the booked time and couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, it just kept ringing. Had a very important appointment hence booking a cab but ended up using the taxi rank at the station.
Got a text message an hour and 12 mins after the pickup time saying "Thank you for using 247 cars Watford".

Best Taxi Company In Watford By Far!
Fantastic company always on time, friendly and competitively priced compared with other taxi firms in Watford. I wouldn’t use any other taxi company in Watford. I also like the app as I can see where my taxi is when I have booked one.

Friendly , Punctual , Great service

We have used 247 Cars Watford on a few occasions booking their wheelchair accessible taxis and have to say the vehicles are amazing and clean and plenty of room in the rear for the wheelchair. Great service and nice drivers , would recommend highly to friends and family , see you again soon .

I used their wheelchair access taxi, to go to stanstead airport. The driver was early and was very helpful, the taxi from this firm was new and had the latest new electric wheelchair lift. I Have never seen electric ramp lift. I was quite impressed by seeing this, once inside the wheelchair is safely strapped in . I would recommend this taxi firm .

Cannot believe l was charged £25 each way for a journey of less than a mile just because l needed a wheelchair taxi
