The service in dubai hills mall was just perfect especially stuff name Aakriti she is soooo kind and helpful and professional in packaging ????best of luck Aakriti and thanks to mother care for good service

Visited their store for purchasing the gift card for newborn baby. They did not have it and asked me to wait for 15 minutes to activate an expired one.
Disappointed and eventually ended up in mom store for gift card.
They put the stand there regarding availability of gift cards, but it wasn’t available
Confusion, disappointing and wast of time

When we are entering the store the staff called Jane was so friendly and very accommodating. She recommended us the one ones for our baby and it was so empresive all items she had offer to us it was a good quality and very affordable.

Depanker at Dubai hills Mall branch is super helpful always! He never shys away to help & very friendly. He surely deserves a promotion and has excellent customer service skills!
