On 1st February I booked the brake change for the next day. In the morning the driver was late because Joe had forgotten about the service. Booked again for the next day, everything ok, they picked up the car, changed the brakes and brought it back. After a few days I began to hear a terrible metallic noise every time engaging and driving in reverse. Having already booked the service with Jeep, during the visit the official dealer informed me and sent me a pic that a bolt had come out of the brakes and that the car was very dangerous, and that it was not possible to drive for our safety. I contacted Joe again, explaining the problem: first he offered to pay the expenses for the repair carried out by Jeep, then, once Jeep has informed me that it takes a long time to get the spare part, he offers to go and get it, repair it with a non-original piece, and as soon as it arrived, he would contact me for a replacement. After a month I contact him for news and he told me that he would have called me as soon as he had received the piece. Obviously after 5 months I am still waiting for a call.

Joe does an excellent job servicing your car at a very reasonable price
Joe is always courteous and will pick up and drop your vehicle from your villa
Can be a little slow servicing your vehicle so check for completion time but this is because Joe is a one man show

Went for an Ac problem, suggested it was the expansion valve, which was already dismantled by my self, but I was told, no not possible we need to do a full check and the cost is 650dhs!. Told them sounds very expensive but to go ahead.
Got called couple of hours later and been told it was the valve I suggested but that I was still been charged the full 650dhs for a check that was never done.
Was also told that I had to provide the spare part myself since they had no time to look for it and provide it!
Changing the expansion valve is a 10 minutes job.
I payed at the end 1100dhs 450(was the spare valve) just to get my ac system recharged!!! Avoid avoid avoid!

He messed up the airconditioning of my car. They cheated me with the bill claiming to have changed an oil gasket and the same oil gasket was supposedly changed by them 3 months earlier .. don’t go here

Easy to find. The gate man proper nice geezer. Good banter. Mr D.C also proper nice chap which is surprising as he walks many miles escorting each vehicle in on foot. Get this guy a segway. If you deliver here don't forget ur PPE. Saying this Dave will try his best to provide u with gear. Don't be unprofessional truckers hard hat glasses high viz and long sleeve top. It is a live substation after all
