Very bad service! We gave the car with only one mistake in tire pressure, when we wanted to return it back, there were a lot of mistakes, gasoline flowed, but that we were told that it broke down by itself! And they billed a huge bill for repairs! We haven't been able to do an...

Worst experience. Always expensive. Everytime you guve a car it gets worse.
Recent episode:
Car given to them 15 days back with a small fault. They charged 12K and in five mintutes of getting back more faults on the display. They said they took my Rangerover for washing and its because of some water. 5 days later they claim they dont get parts.

Now they removed parts away from the car and said that they will refund me later.

Wasted my 15 days. Didn't know what fault is charged me 12k and now removed the parts saying that its in same condition I gave them.

Arogant, Expensive, Unprofessional and Frauds.

Very unprofessional and expensive. Gave them Good business. But now I realise all that was a mistake.

An excellent and very honest service. I took my 428i with a coolant/oil mix in the coolant reservoir and they just replaced the needed parts (gasket and some hoses) and flushed the affected areas such as radiator, etc. Most places wanted me to replace many other parts (unnecessarily as the car runs perfectly fine)
So, my thanks to the honest mechanics at Motormec.

I didnt have a good experience, from my experience it was ok,. Each person may have a different experience. But iam not going back there.
Update: 1st ull said the oil pan gasket is leaking and needs replacement, ull provided me a quote of 3k, I waited 20 days for the part to come and then after fixing ull give me another quote for 2k to replace the timing cover gasket cz that's also leaking, and again I have to wait another 20 days.??? Why couldnt you check the car properly and give me a proper complete estimate?? Clearly unprofessional garage doing half half jobs. And yes I bought a 2nd hand car and I got it to ull to get it fixed, and speaking of cheap garages, urs clearly is 1 cheap garage Mr. Chad.
Why dont you ask ur workshop supervisor, he knows about the abs sensor issue, up didnt even fix it properly that the cable got cut since ur mechanic didnt fasten it properly.

Dishonest staff and overpriced services!
They lied to me and gave me a fake quotation for a piece that costs dhs300 for 2200 dhs and when I checked with the distributor they said that they never gave them a quotation for that price + they told me that it will take 2 weeks waiting for the piece to arrive. I refused and took my car and it has been working fine since then! They will talk to you politely but they will scam you in the charges.

Worst experience of my life i kept my car for spark plug change since friday now 4 days left still i dint get my car and response from staff also hopeless .

Dropped my car to Motor mec. for a water pump replacement and few other repairs as my car (VW - GTI) was under warranty with AAA.
Decided to go ahead with motor mec even though there were many other garages on the list and have to say they were very professional, punctual and also their labour charges are probably the best and very accommodating.
Will surely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good workshop with sensible pricing.
My car was taken care by Sanal and Rhys kept me updated with every progess.
Amazing and genuine guys to deal with !!!
