100% Satisfied by there services, all are professionals and they share each and every things with photos and suggest very good advice. One of the people is contacting with you on whatsapp and share each details of your car, even they call you after a week to ask weather problem is solved and Really a very good service and affordable compare to others.
They are best by professional and very relevant. Especially a big thanks to Mr. Faisal.

I made a lot of Whatsapp enquiries with different workshops, but since only Motrox provided a timely response, I decided to go to them for the wheel alignment service.

When I arrived, I was attended to by Mr Maddy who was very courteous throughout. When they needed more time to test my car, Mr Maddy proactively informed me, explained the reasoning and apologized for the inconvenience. After the service was completed, he patiently addressed all my questions on the wheel alignment report. During the test drive, he assured me that I could always revisit the workshop again in case of any problems.

A few days later, another member of the Motrox team, Mr Ahmed, proactively called me to check if everything was ok and re-iterated to me that it was Motrox’ responsibity to ensure customers’ queries/concerns are taken care.

I APPLAUD Motrox for being responsive, professional and upholding such customer-centric values and would definitely keep them in my mind for future needs, as well as refer to my friends.

This is an amazing workshop. One of the best and cleanest I have ever seen. Their customer service is excellent. Plus, the owner personally communicated with us. They are super friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed Khan and his son. Will definitely come back for another oil change service.

Lovely place for a walk out. Plenty of space to get parked up with the car and go for a little explore of the surrounding area! Only a small drive from the Hill End car parking area as well so can definitely make a day of walking around and seeing more of the dales ????

Bollihope common and quarry is set in a sheltered valley on the egglestone to Stanhope road, with the bollihope burn running through used by children to play paddle in. theres the remains of lead mining and stone quarries. One that rock climbers practice on. Gets very busy in the summer
