Reporting to Dubai Municipality food safety.

Please DONT buy food from them. Their food quality is horrible.

Inedible chicken wrap. The chicken was so hard I thought it was a bone.

Also ordered Pizza roll with nothing but fluffed up bread. No filling at all.

I have never felt this cheated before. Living here since over 30 years.

My favorite bakery in Dubai. Always fresh products. I love their sweets and pizza. I tried so many pizzas places in Dubai and started to think that i don't like pizza anymore, but Moulin d'or pizza definitely is the best pizza in the city, in own way maybe better than in Italy. So delicious ???? My best recommendations.

We just stopped for few minutes to check the place. It’s exactly the same like the ones in Lebanon. They have everything fresh & delicious. A bit over priced.

The girl cashier and the other employee were rude. (ali and i dont know the name of the other girl) its like they did not want to work. Yet we bought because well we were excited that it opened in dubai although it is high priced. But then was the shocker... Seriously what is this????? It smells soo bad it has been rotten for ages

Nice bread especially on the lighter side, great variety of healthy breads... the waiter's service was great(donno her name sadly). The manakeesh are big for affordable prices but the dairy products are overpriced .. 27 AED for Taanayel labneh when you can get for 20 in many other places. They have to be careful as they cant rip off Lebanese who have been living in Dubai for a long-time. Many products are not priced which is another cheap customer set-up, the municipality won't take too long to fine them. To top it off, the cashier asks if we want the bill. Well yes if you dont plan to price some overpriced products.

Had a wonderful time, food was brilliant and well worth my hard earned. Other than some 15 or so rude customers who arrived with no warning, and were purposefully snide towards the staff, who dealt with the situation very well as they couldn’t fit all 15 in for food. A 10/10 will definitely visit again, very homely and welcome with excellent customer service even against these rude people!! Well done the old mill you have a brilliant attitude a must visit if in the area.????

Been to our favourite place for food. Food is fantastic, great friendly staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Big portions, great prices. smaller plates available and just as filling. Cheesecakes are absolutely delicious.
Highly recommend a visit.

Can’t review the food because we were told we couldn’t order food because the chef would have to peel potatoes (even though the matchstick fries in the Gyro are most definitely frozen) and they were too busy with bookings that weren’t arriving for another 2+ hours.

I most certainly can review the horrendous attitude on the blonde manageress, openly slating our group across the bar for daring to ask to order food. Then continuing to display her horrendous attitude online when responding to a (very fair) review.

There was no atmosphere to speak of as, apart from two couples inside on our arrival, we were the only ones there.

Save yourself the hostility, much better places to spend your money (and that actually serve food) in Barton.

Absolutely love the food. The home made chunky chips are the best so much choice on the menu. Nice friendly atmosphere. Gyros is definitely worth a try.

Absolutely appalling due to the attitude of the manageress (blonde hair) to be honest.

Me and a few colleagues attended tonight for a works social meet. Around 15 of us at around 5pm

We sat in the beer garden and all bought a drink each whilst enjoying the sun. Polite, not rowdy or anything as such. The pub was fairly empty and you'd think possibly welcome custom given it was a little quiet.

Some of us fancied chips or light snacks from the menu (as you do at teatime really) and were provided the menu by the bar staff.
The sign said “ food until 7:30pm” on the door.

The manageress after 2 of us had ordered food demanded that one of the staff do not serve any more food. No apology, just “ no, no more orders” very abrupt and that the chef would “have to peel the potatoes for the chips” and that she had a funeral soon (unlikely to be that day, possibly the day after) but made an effort to make any excuse not to serve the rest of us food.

We had one or two people join us who also wanted food (they didn't know about the original issue). They were also refused and again, complained about the one member of staffs attitude.

As I was going to the toilet I heard the manageress say “well they keep wanting to order chips and stuff and well, it’s the point now”
So knowing that we wanted to spend our hard earned money, in a cost of living crisis to somebody who’s attitude was appalling and couldn’t care. We all took our money and custom to the Wheat sheaf who accommodated us without issue .

The rest of the young front of house staff are spot on in fairness. Very polite and understanding. I've since been banned from their Facebook page since I allegedly ''had a narrative'' to fit..

No Narrative, just the truth. A local business who SHOULD appreciate custom, I used to order Sunday lunches from them during covid!! (Supporting local businesses) But it seems that is long in the past. Its not entitlement.. Even if the manageress had some customer service skills and said '' look I'm really happy to take your order, however there may be a little bit of a delay'' rather than a straight out and abrupt '' NO''

To then badmouth customers off when one of us went in to use the toilet whilst standing in the bar area. ''ITS BECAUSE THEY KEEP ASKING, ITS MORE THE POINT NOW'' - Tell me that's not being bitter and childish? - Oh we are ever so sorry for wanting to spend our money with you. We all supped up and spend a significant amount of money at the Wheatsheaf.

Wont be rushing back.

Appalling attitude from the manageress. Absolutely one to avoid, they're not bothered about your custom anyway, as has been publicly stated. Better places in the area to spend your hard earned in, that most likely will actually value your custom, with a smile!

Great service, lively food anx atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble.
Second time here, took my best friends and my mum and step dad. We had a really nice afternoon.
Deffinately recommend, as they cater for vegetarians and the menus changes weekly.
