Excellent experience.
I came to the hotel with my family for a special occasion. Everyone there is very professional, helpful, and has positive attitude. Special thank to Miss Hidaya who helped me as well as my family a lot. She has excellent communication skills.
Special and exclusive thanks to Miss Kris. The hotel is blessed to have Miss Kris around. She made our stay so perfect that we couldn’t ask for more, and she helped me personally on the day of the special occasion, I don’t know what I would have done without her, and I will never forget her.
Thank you all and I would definitely come again thanks to this amazing staff.

Visited first time, to dine in the restaurant was fabulous experience. Breakfast buffet has wide range of selection many thanks to chef. Service as well was great , thanks to Jigar for approaching and to fulfilling our request. Definitely will visit again. Only the location was average.Thanks!

ms kris is very nice and accommodating. this hotel apartment really feels like home and all people are hospitable. i will surely enjoy staying there for more. its affordable with 5 star service. i love it

This is not a 5 Star hotel.
Bad odour and cockroaches in the apartment.
Seconldy the hotel dosent provide any thing in the room and you have to request. Milk for coffee, Iron, room slippers etc. You expect atleast some basic items in the room.

The Breakfast buffet is OK. Only few option to choose from.
Not worth what you are paying.
There are lot of better options in similar price.

I called one week ago after I did my booking to request for good room with good view as it’s the same day of my birthday and. My wife birthday they said ok …. Once I arrived they have no idea about my request and the lady in the reception she don’t know anything about customer service… room very small bad view no towels in the washroom no plates for our food not even toothpaste we need to request everything… not recommended at all waste of money plus that we found bed bugs ???? in our bed while we are sleeping

Excellent and great stay I'm very happy with housekeeping team miseikchan and Saad they are a very helpful and cleaning good also I want to thanks jibran he working in night shift when ever we are requesting for something he always bringing on time thanks a lots we will be back soon

Lovely people around make me so welcome and invited to the hotel.Shalu is staff who welcome me with great smile always going extra mile to assist me i will like to and welcome he gives when guest arrive
I have been staying in lots of Accor hotels but nothing feels like movenpick almamzar

Amazing staff I had a wonderful and really great stay in movenpick hotel almamzar specially I want to thanks reception staff Kris and housekeeping staff Muhammad jibran they both of always smiling and whatever I needed they provide us thank you soo much both of you keep it up ????
