I had a wonderful experience today at the restaurant, which was my second visit to the same place. During my first visit, the dinner was good but didn't meet my expectations, and we weren't allowed to take any leftovers home. However, today's lunch experience was absolutely fantastic. The food was hot and delicious, surpassing my expectations, and the service exceeded all my expectations. The restaurant staff went above and beyond by providing us with takeout containers for the extra food and ensuring that it was delivered to us while still hot. We are grateful to the entire team for their excellent service.

The waiters were decent, portions were generous ( especially the crab salad), but don’t expect an authentic japanese restaurant experience, and food that tastes as good as it looks on their Instagram page.

You can get much better quality & taste in Dubai for these prices.

We were hesitant to go because of bad reviews. We went today and the food was good, everything we ordered was very tasty. Food arrived even less that 10 min after we ordered. I think they worked on there service.

All was good except the calamari was average.

Food was not nice. Ordered all the best sellers.
Rock shrimp was dry and not soucy.
Beef tacos was not nice. Very dry.
Arigato Sushi was not tasting nice.
Crab salad was meh.

Overall, food was not wow and nothing special and dry. over priced.

Mashi was our waiter and she gave us an awesome service, I asked to choose my dishes .. I told her I want two appetizers and one sushi .. she asked me if I was allergic to anything .. and I asked her to surprise me and I was so surprised how delicious the food was she recommended

Came from abu dhabi specifically to try this place and absolutely loved the ambiance is so comforting, the food is more than delicious everything melts in your mouth. Shamila served with a smile she was very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. 10/10 place

One of my favorite places to dine when i have Japanese cuisine in mind. Been there twice till now and I’ve enjoyed the experiences both times. The staff were so kind and made the entire dinner experience way more fun and homey feeling.

Our waiter Chris was very polite friendly helpful and very efficient
