Visited pharmacy at this branch and received amazing service and advice from an obviously very experienced and learned pharmacist. Even though the shop was busy she was patient and kind I think her name was Louise (petite pretty girl with blonde hair) she deserves a pat on the back (at least)

Buying new no 7 make up. Assistant was speaking to her friend and did give me some assistance but couldn't wait to get back talking to her friend (and she was at least in her 40's). So, after I got home I reviewed my products and decided half of them didn't suit me at all.

Staff were very friendly when I came in for my Covid test. All my questions were answered and the ambience of the place was great.
Not too difficult to locate from the bus station as well.
Store was a combination of pharmacy, beauty store, and a supermarket.
Health and safety measures strictly adhered to.

No staff on the shop floor, had to ask someone to serve at the perfume counter but it just felt like I had interrupted her while she was doing tickets on a shelf. Store is dark and honestly has the feel of a store that's closing down. It isn't very welcoming, I would prefer to shop in a different Boots store.

All the doors but one were locked, making it difficult to get in and out the shop, this would have made it harder for anyone with a disability.
The queue for the pharmacy and for behind the counter medicines was very long.

Have 2 boots in Falkirk, could have sworn that the retail park had a prescription area? But not now, so the high street one is the only/ busy one.
Local, convenient, been there since I was a bairn, hope that doesn't disappear , busy, lots of goods 2floors????

Been phoning this store for days to check availability on a product. No one ever answers the phone. Finally a lady called Leighann answered today, she left phone sitting to check for product and someone else Hung up the phone. Now I can get no answer again.!So frustrating!!!

I was looked after by an extremely kind lady (Maheen) who was happy to accommodate my appointment as early as possible. She was caring and professional throughout the procedure making the vaccination process quick and pleasant. I hope to see you soon and thanks again!
