يوجد نظام غلط غلط عندكم في تنظيم السير في مرسى واحد واثنين و ثلاثه واربعه فرجان النظر لهذه المساله عندكم

Very kind staff, the receptionist was very welcoming and the GP was extremely kind. If you are having issues with calling when it comes to booking, I really suggest visiting the place and making a face to face booking. I got one in 5 minutes. Very great place!

Only been registered here a couple of months but first impressions are dreadful. Been told by two different people that they’d get back to me on an issue, and no one does. Rang again only to be fobbed off and told that I should make an appointment. An second appointment to chase what should have been sorted in the first appointment. What a joke. They’ve also tried to refer me to the wrong service which is pretty concerning.

Worst doctors I’ve been to. Never answer the phone from 8:30 upwards ring after 12 they won’t book an appointment. The whole system of how to book appointments is more then a joke. I’ve spent up 4 days trying to book an appointment only way I got through to my own doctors was because I rang 111 in so much pain. This doctors is by far the worst in the fallow field area. Wouldn’t ever recommend this doctors or services I will be moving doctors

I was with this surgery for 40 years and always received the very best treatment and care. Every member of the practice gives 100%.
I was very sad to leave the practice when I moved out of the area. The practice I use now is so disappointing after such splendid experience at the Bodey Medical Centre.

Can never ever get an appointment. Honestly awful. Do not join as new patients. Was once 7 minutes late to an appointment and they refused to treat me. Dangerous reception staff. Think it should be closed down!

As a new patient at the practice, I am delighted with the service provided. From reception to GP - everyone I’ve met is kind and helpful. Booking phone or in-person appointments has been easy too. Thank you

I personally think bodey have offered me better gp care than my home gp (I’m a student). The appointment process is tedious but all bar one gp I’ve spoken to about anything have been very thorough and I have finished/ left feeling listened to. Especially with my mental health care which is not very common these days.

The nurses and doctors at this practice are nice and helpful and I’d give them 5 stars, however wouldn’t say the same about reception. Have moved out of my old home over 2 YEARS AGO, Bodey Medical Centre was one of the first places I contacted to inform. Just found out that they’ve not changed it… And I have an ongoing issue, so I’ve been to the practice loads during those two years. I wonder how much time it would have saved me if they did and I received medical letters to my current address rather than the old one.
A lady that works in the afternoon reception is incredibly rude and makes you feel like you’re dumb..
Another thing, although it is not the first time, but most recently I had a few appointments only to find out once I’m in the practice that I have no appointments for that day and time. Came the second time, apparently I’m too late although I’ve triple checked with the receptionist to be 100% sure while we were arranging the time over the phone. When I finally got to see the doctor, she said she had the same times and dates as me, and was waiting for me but I never showed up (I did, both times, but thanks to constant reception mess up, the doctor never knew that I was there waiting). So many work holidays are wasted on their mess ups..

Lastly, I was invited to make an appointment, and once I came to it, the doctor said that (again) it must be a reception mess up as I’m not due for that appointment until 2024..
