I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Service my car. I have been trying to inquire about spare parts and service through WhatsApp for the past 4 days, but I was completely ignored. Despite sending multiple messages, their excuse was always we are waiting for the parts team.

This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when customers are in need of urgent assistance. It shows a lack of respect for customers' time and needs. It is disappointing to see a company that claims to value its customers ignore them in such a way.

I would not recommend Service my car to anyone based on my experience. The lack of response on WhatsApp shows a lack of commitment to customer service, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I got a few scratches fixed and brake callipers painted. For the value for money it was great. From my experience I would highly recommend if looking for affordable options.

Bought a voucher from cobone with the following deal inclusions below.

- Old engine oil drain out and refill
- Oil filter replacement
- Full visual as well as computer scanner inspection
- Under chassis suspension and lower arm check for any damage or crack
- Oil or coolant leak, power steering, rack/pump check
- Wiper blades, windscreen fluid, and drive belts check
- Tires thread and air pressure check
- Transmission oil check
- Spark plug, air filter, ac filter, and valve cover gasket check
- Hose and connectors check

But the only thing done was the
- Old engine oil drain out and refill
- Oil filter replacement

Bought the voucher specifically for the deal inclusions but nothing much was done.

I also don't like tilting the car to the side to drain the oil. They have a machine to lift the car but they didn't use it.

The oil used was a refill from a bigger container.( i was used to having a sealed 4L oil from a container in other garage)

The filter wasn't an original filter from my car manufacturer which i was used to have in other garage.

The price was ok for a garage in dubai.

I took my Nissan Xtrail for dent removal and color restoration.
Vinod the manager gave me best deal .
I gave my car and within 4 days it looks like new .
It’s really value for money .

Pathetic service, unprofessional behaviour. My car went for dent repair and it was there for 4 days and the day of delivery two hours before the pick up they called and said that they will not give it today and that too 2 hours before the delivery.

I took rental car for these days and I returned the car in the afternoon thinking that I am gonna get my car in evening.
Was calling continuously to say that I am coming to come for collection and they didn't answer even after trying for one hour and 30 minutes.

When I reached to garage, the garage is closed and they didn't have courtesy to call and say that they are going.

Standing outside the garage with 5 years old and with no car in place.

Can't believe the kind of service they provide.
Donot have feelings, the only thing they are worried is money.
I am in problem as I Donot have car.

Not really as expected it is a small place I checked for car repaints the price is a little higher than other places, I might try them and see how it goes

Very bad experience not professional just a big Wearhouse with almost no equipments I have changed my engine car oil with not branded oil that they took from a big tank ...

Quick service, very professional. Mechanic gives very genuine advice and doesn’t try to add jobs just to make money
