The staff is very friendly and I received a warm welcome upon arrival. Jessie did an excellent job with my nails, being very professional. She is attentive to detail and makes sure that you as the customer are happy.

This is definitely the place to go for all your beauty requirements!!

Wow ! And not in a good way!
I had a spray tan done two days before my wedding. I had two massive patches on my chest which were very visible and even though my makeup artist tried her hardest you could see them obviously ! I messaged the salon and they basically blamed me for it even though I did everything they said. Loose baggy clothing etc ! Terrible customer service ! Defo avoid if you have an important event!

So thrilled that the Retreat has reopened after lockdown. I rarely write reviews but the Retreat is so deserving. I had the works from toe to scalp. The aromatherapy is so relaxing. The therapist Jessie - exceptional. Tracy's team are all kind, friendly and very helpful. THE local place to go for a pampering experience. Thank you for reopening your doors.

I have had facials manicures pedicures and waxing I have been to a few beauty salons but this is by far the best the salon is at a high standard and the staff are friendly and very good at what they do I now only come to this salon

Not very friendly.... the girl that did my feet seemed bored and couldn't wait to get me out the door. I wasn't offered a drink or anything to read. The whole experience was pretty dreadful. I won't be using them again.
