Food is excellent, Xorazmian dishes. It seems products come directly from Xorezm, 100% organic. Most probably one of the best Uzbek restaurants in Dubai.

The place and the food is good but the service was horrible especially the rude lady. Food and drinks took time to be served. As it’s Saturday night, we dined with group of my friends to enjoy the night.

We were not informed that they were closing at 12:00 PM as it was our first time trying the place. They just informed us at 11:57 PM. We asked for the bill but it took time for them to give it. We just finished paying and this lady was coming closing the blinds and told us that they were waiting for us to finish and we should go in a very rude manner. We left the table at 12:09 AM and about to leave the place when they realized that they made a mistake in taking the card payment by putting a less amount that what we should pay like seriously? The lady was so eager for us to go when they can’t even take proper payments and blaming us for staying till their closing time.

If the restaurant is closing, you should inform your customers 15 minutes prior to be able to settle the bill and go, not telling them 3 mins before you closed and taking your time to give the bill. And to that lady who was very rude to us, think twice of working in a food industry with that kind of attitude, good luck with that. Very rude approach and not even welcoming when we came. The service people seems so lost and they need a proper training.
