truly an amazing place i got 5 different piercings here and their earrings and service are all amazing quality. i also recently went to a different place where they pierced my ears incorrectly and i came back here to fix it as my ears were in so much pain and they were able to make my ears feel sooo much better. i highly highly recommend them. they have such a great range of jewelry too and all of their staff have a great knowledge of earrings and how to pierce etc. all equipment is sanitized and clean and brand new. i’ll always come back !

Perhaps do some research before you get involved with this place.

They sure know how to put up a nice image but are often misleading with their communication.
You’ll get very unnecessary “recommendations” while in fact its “this or nothing” type of situation.

When you get a “you should come in for a downsize/upsize” message, just ignore as the response you’ll get upon confirming is “we only have one size”

Overall, quite disappointing for the “premium quality service” they advertise.

I loved the place, the staff was very friendly and understanding to my worries. They heard me out and answered all my inquiries and worry points, they didn’t get annoyed with my many questions. They gave me all the time I need to take my decision. The procedure was quick and smooth and the after care instructions were very clear. The piercer was very friendly and waited till I was feeling fully ready.
They are following up with me to ensure there is no issues.
I really love my piercing and recommend the place 100%.

Horrible experience, went to get new piercing earring. I did my piercing at Maria Tash, and I felt that N sefi is much worse quality and my ear is so much pain. I went here just to save money but sometimes it’s better to pay extra at Maria tash and have safe and painless piercing

The piercing itself was perfect and pain free, the piercer was wonderful, talked me through the whole process and it couldn’t have gone better.

On the other hand I can’t help but feel that the sales staff were incessantly pushy, trying to upsell at every possible opportunity and at some moments quite argumentative. We were 5 of us and each one of us had to request at multiples times to see the more affordable jewellery as we were only being shown luxury jewellery, priced well into the thousands.

There was also this overwhelming feeling of being rushed, rushed to pick the jewellery, rushed to sign the waiver, rushed to get pierced. I understand that there are booked appointments, but we were the only people in the store at that time.

Unfortunately, although the piercing itself was perfect, I don’t think I will return.

The team was great to help me and very fun to chat with.
My only issue is that this is overpriced. The pieces are pretty but nothing really justifies their prices except their positioning as a brand.
If you have a solid budget, go. If not, move along

I really don’t like the screw backs. A real pain to put on and take out, like actual pain trying to grip one side with tweezers if the earring is small then it slips and pinches your ear. Wish I’d just gone with normal butterfly backs.
The quality of the earrings are very poor, they don’t stay shining for long. Wish I had paid more and gone to Maria Tash. Ended up buying new earrings anyway.

Had my Rook and Helix piercing at NSefi. They have friendly, accommodating and professional team. They made me feel comfortable and made sure i’d feel no pain. They also have lovely earrings to choose from. Kudos to the team most especially to Carlo, Derick, and Hazel!

I went to the chemist today and they where 3 items short again and it’s not the first time this happened so all in all I had enough and contacted WELL head office and put in a formal complaint because I asked the manager for a complaints form she refused so I was not getting anywhere complaining on hear from now on contact WELL pharmacy head office and stick in an official complaint about the manager of this place.

Staff are always really quick in finding my meds. I've never had any issues, and the texting service they provide when my prescription is ready is incredibly handy as a student.

Do not use this pharmacy. They had forgotten to order my prescription and kept putting me off until I left work early to come and sort it myself. They could not have cared less that it was medication that I need, as a diabetic, to survive and continued to lie through their teeth about the situation. When asked what they were going to do to resolve the situation they shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. So they would have been happy enough to leave a diabetic without medication. Safe to say I have now moved to a different pharmacy. Incompetent would be putting it politely.

Terrible service. Everytime my father has his prescription theres a problem. Always items missing or items he doesn't want. His prescription was due last Thursday, was promised it on Monday. Its now Tuesday night and he has run out of vital medication.

Awful. I sent a prescription request via post to be collected on Friday and I emphasised this in my letter and they did not send it off to the chemist when they got it.
I called the chemist and they promised to get it collected and they did not. I needed my prescription as I would be lethargic and this affects my day to day activities.
Nearly got upset in front of them and will not be going to this chemist again.
