The room was immaculate and ready upon our early arrival. We had great views of the city being on the top floor and when we checked in the young lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. We even needed an iron and ironing board and when we called, she brought it up to us right away.

Highly recommended. Well located. Very nice room. Clean and bright. Comfy bed. Reception was very helpful. Shower was powerful very clean and the soaps provided were high quality. I hope to visit again soon.

Our room 703 had view over London roofs. Room was spacy and shower lovely. Hard and high beds, though. Cleaning ladies friendly. Reception persons were hiding behind their desk, did not bother to greet people when passing. This hotel has peaceful location, not disabled accessible cause two stairs. No restaurant but you can buy breakfast from Costa next door. Hatton Garden offers free muffins and water/coffee/tea in room, but no salty snacks.

Rooms a little small. No view of note. Bathroom was good with awesome shower. Bed took some getting use to a little hard mattress wise. Pillows no support pretty useless. First night our neighbour room decided to party until 0430. When toilet are flushed could be heard in are room. Nice stay but not 4*

Very nice hotel with great staff and 24 hour check in desk.
Refreshing amenities every day and great location nearby two different tube stations.
View of the window was to basically nothing and the bed was too hard personally - other than that great price to value.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hatton Garden. My room was comfortable and warm (on a cold weekend). The location of the hotel is handy for central London, but sufficiently distant from main routes to afford peace and quiet for guests

Booked as a last minute break. Considering it was booked short notice (booked less than 24hrs to check-in) I considered it decent value.

Reception clean and aesthetically pleasing. Check-in nice and easy. Completed online and was given room card at desk upon checking ID for their records. Took the lift up two floors.

Room was small (not a bad thing) with no special view (again not a bad thing). Large window allowing lots of light in. Extremely practical with storage. Tea and coffee making facility within wardrobe area with biscuits, mini fridge stocked with muffins, and mini milks. Safe.
Desk contained hairdryer.
Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable so that’s the only downside but of course others may appreciate the firmness.
Walls a bit thin, or rooms a bit close. Either way could hear other people passing or talking (again a non issue personally as it didn’t feel “rowdy” or invasive. Was only noticeable at odd moments.)
TV was large smart flat screen with Netflix and YouTube. Worked excellently.

Bathroom had wonderful underfloor heating. Sink had underneath cupboard which was handy for storage of toiletries and make up I brought and spare towels. Shower was excellent with numerous settings.

Very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Even things like the kettle were clean so very very happy with that! Felt very comfortable because of the high level of cleanliness. Towels changed and bed made and bathroom cleaned everyday.

Service was excellent. I requested an extra duvet (I didn’t want to share with my partner haha) and received it within a minute to my room. I ended up sleeping on it as an impromptu comforter and sharing the double duvet provided.

Nestled in streets of jewellery and diamond shops. Was in a quieter area of London city. Not far from Farringdon station. Easy to get on the tube and get to where you need to be. Definitely my preference.

Would definitely consider staying here again!

Friendly welcome at reception, really nice room, with good space, nice furnishings and good shower. Wi-Fi was good and area was quiet - bed was a bit too firm for my taste - but overall excellent value fro money - I would come back again. One Tun pub round the corner was great as well.
