The place is cleaned and the staff friendly , I really liked their appointment always they can finds you a slot in their calendar for the same day , so if you are in hurry it is a perfect place to go

When originally requesting for the hard gel, I was told that my old gel has to be removed as I did refills already. Before the service I asked again if it was hard gel we r doing and been told yes. After 3 days my nail chipped off, so I had to fix it, but it was just continuously breaking, cause there was a very thin layer. When I complained to the studio, I found out that it was actually normal gel polish they did to me, putting the blame on me, that I asked for the original gel to be removed and that they asked me if I was ok that my nails were so thin? How was I supposed to know, that they were doing a completely different service? And its funny since they insisted that my original gel has to be removed. Instead of trying to find a solution, all was done is pointing fingers back at the customer. Great job????????u200d♀️ Maybe the receptionist should listen to what the customers are requesting for in the first place. Disappointing to say the least.

Visited this branch while their Lamar Mall location was on renovation - the space is tighter than the other branch but services were just as great and I always trust them with my nails.

Its was my first time having my nails in Nail atelier but it was the best from everywhere I’ve tried so far, Abby is so amazing!!! All staff were so friendly, i will definitely comeback! ????????❤️

I've got my nails done from this salon from the nail tech Zakia . I've loved my nails she is a very talented nail technician and her work also have neatness in it . Moreover lashe work that she has done was very good. She never disappoints me. It is a very good salon with brilliant workers like Zakia. She is very hard working. I get my everything done from her .????

After using their service 3 or 4 times This is my feedback. This is the only parlor I have seen who collects the money before the service. Two times I got overlay gel done both the times it came out from nails and they are charging 20 dhs additional to fill it. They have no consideration of the existing client as they don’t need the clients. I am massively unhappy with the girl at the counter Jessy who seems to have no consideration as she mentioned that she will charge after the 5 the day of service and neither called the manager of the saloon nor gave me contact to reach out. The behavior was a no sorry attitude. Even me asking several times she didn’t provide contact number of the management and kept on saying it is the management who is charging every time. I am not going to use the service again and neither recommend.

My favorite salon in jvc a small boutique salon, amazing nails and services. Great staff and great products. Highly recommend! With high standards of hygiene and hospitality.
