I just simply love this salon for everything . Beautiful cozy interior,delicious coffee,best quality for affordable price. The technicians are so nice.Always friendly and suggest interesting nail art designs,because I love designs. The receptionist is lovely lady,so polite

Since I moved to Dubai I couldn’t find a salon which is with perfect quality. Only this salon made my expectations come true. Starting from atmosphere of the salon till the professional of the staffs are adorable. When I made my nails in another places, my nails damaged in 2 weeks, but when I made from “Eleven” it’s stays till you will remove it with machine only.
Staffs are amazing. ???????????? All of them are beautiful, kind , polite and professional.

It’s my favorite and one and only place to do my nails in Dubai! Quality, speed, professionalism, and the way my nails stay without any issues for the whole month- worth all the money in the world! Manicure and pedicure is done in 4 hands, which saves a loooot of time! Stuff is just amazing, always welcoming, always smiley and always giving the best service! Had an emergency recently, and was taken in in the last minute, that saved my life ???????? Waiting for the time when I’ll be able to do everything I need (brows, lashes, maybe waxing, pleaaase!!!) in this establishment cause I just know it’s gonna be perfect as usual ????

Very nice salon. Parking available outside and the staff are friendly and experienced. For me I get manicure and pedicure, perfect every time ????

A very bad expirience in this salon. I asked for a price for nails to book for my apointment and once i came and tehnician started working on my nails, in the middle of work, almost end, a receptionist came and told me the boss said my nails are going to be charged diferently because of a design. I asked ok how much and she said 15 aed per nail. I said it is not written anywhere in the pricelist this 15 aed and noone informed me about that. I was made to pay for nails 400 aed even tough i was given the price of 178 aed in the whatsap conversation. A receptionist said she spoke with the boss of the salon and it is like that. I was not happy that even tehnician didn't said the design i wanted will cost more. I would respect if she said it will be extra charged and i would maybe in this case reconsider my desition. I didn't even had a chance to speak with the boss in person and i will never come again and tell people not to go there as they scam their costumers. They didn't even give me the recipt for the service and i see this salon policy as very unproffessional and rude.
I payed only because i respect tehnician Aziza that gave her great effort to do good nails. But all in all, never again this salon and if i could give 0 stars, i would do that.

My favorite salon and technicians, always such a pleasure to visit this salon and get my nails done. Very professional and friendly technicians, clean, beautiful and modern salon. Highly recommend????

I’ve been to this salon to get a gel manicure and a classic pedicure which took a little over two hours. I have only praises for this place.

The ladies that run the place are super passionate about their area of specialization so when I walked in they not only gave me recommendations for what services I would need but even gave me a consultation for how I could strengthen my nails that have been damaged by places I’d visited prior.

They were super light handed (I almost fell asleep), their equipment is up to date and clean and they really take their time with their services which makes every penny spent here worth it. This is the first time I’ve been to a nail salon where I’ve not had to point out any errors as they genuinely came back time and again to perfect every rough edge.

I’m super content with the service, even the fact that they went out of their way to help me pick a color which I have the toughest time with! It’s cute quiet and secluded so great for you if you like avoiding crowds or just need a place to catch up with a friend over some self care.

I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend that you do too :)
