I was really pleased with the customer service provided by the Nakheel Sales Center. Despite of the crowd, they manage to assist the clients well. With their system, everybody is getting clear directions on how to get things done.
The building and maintenance is also impeccable. Clean, tidy and systematically set-up.

If I had an option of 0 stars I would have given it.
As a recent buyer, their post sales service is one of the worst experience ever.

Absolute lack of communication and complete ignorance towards customers. I went to their office 7 times to solve simple matters. I was running in circles, getting no replies to emails and made to wait at-least 1 hour due to lack of adequate staffing on customer service counters.

Great properties, zero customer service!!!

I had a bad experience. I did not get online payment option in app so proactively I went to nakheel office to pay the due. At nakheel office first they keep on changing office every 2 months and then asked receptionist she ask to wait without any further guidance as to where to check progress and where to go. On asking she responded harshly thst just wait. I think there shud be very clear process mentioned so that customer knows wht to do.

Head office of Nakheel Properties. The developer of iconic Palm Jumeirah islands. Customer service center is placed here. 7.30AM to 4.30PM the center is open from Sunday to Thursday

I'm very upset ???? because there is alot sharing apartment in this building EMR 21 and the security not ask anyone where his going or wich apartment he want and we are a family my wife scared to go out I will never think to rent from this company
