I have ordered locket with my name. Expected design as shown in their instagram but not that level. Still looks good & pls make sure on making charge before confirm your order.

Recently I visited Nakshathra Jewellery (First floor, Nesto mall Al Nadha) and purchased an ear ring . I tried to wear one pair of the ear ring while I was in Jewellery and the other pair I didn't try. While I reached home I tried to wear the both the pieces and I couldn't remove the backside of the ear ring . Immediately I went to the jewellery and when their staff tried to open , it got broke. According to their policy its customers duty to ensure it can be opened properly. Also one of the staff commented that its not possible to show all the sets of earings while a customer comes to buy the same category item. Whatever they show we have to see those and cannot ask to show more items. even though there is not much collections if the customer service was professional it would have been good. Werst jewellery I have ever been to . Also less collections and quality is very less. Unprofessional staffs

Recently visited the shop as a saudi customer, Very small shop and very limited collection. there we can see nearest many shops with more collection and with zero making charges.
any non UAE resident purchase gold form here will not get gold VAT return in country boarder because they are just ignoring to add your details in govt system, So there is no benefit.

I had recently visited the al nahda shop after seeing all the reels. When I went to the shop I was shocked to see the size of the shop..so small. The staff are good but there is no much model or variety. They say low making charge etc..but they r charging a good amount of making charge..After reaching the shop n seeing all the products we realised we should never go behind advertising.. The old gold that I exchanged was given cost aed 4 less than the gold price that day.. and the new gold was put all the making charges.. then I realised it is a smart way of making money from social media thru views and remaining from making charges..very disappointed and have decided never to go again.

I wanted to visit this week after seeing the reels on them, but after reading the reviews I have changed my mind.. I would have given it a second thought if the owner had given an explanation or solution to the bad reviews here but the fact that even the good reviews were just answered by a thank you made me wonder how lazy and disassociated they were with customer care...

The staff was nice, but their policy was too bad, purchasing gold worth AED 4,500, they were not even willing to reduce 1% which is 45 AED
